These shoes are so comfortable. I have some great trail runners, but didn't want to wear down the tread on those from walking/jogging on the road. These have been comfortable, stable, and cushion my foot wonderfully. Would definitely buy another pair as I've almost worn them out about a year later. They are stylish when wearing around outside.

These might be the best shoes I have ever worn! They are SUPER comfy and they provide a ton of support where I need it. They also look great. I moved to Brooks many years ago, but I came back to Asics with these Kayano... I don't think I will ever go back to Brooks. These are a sure winner!

Excellent running shoes that provide great cushion and foot support. They have been very durable thus far, no shin splints and no plantar issues with these shoes. Not very stylish for anything outside of running, but these are great shoes for runners. Only drawback is the lining at the big toe has a tendency to start ripping and eventually a hole in that area of your shoe.

I don't leave a lot of reviews for products, but these shoes are simply amazing. I have been a runner for over 30 years now. I have done every race from short 5ks, to full length iron Man's. I am a bigger man, 6 ft tall and about 200 lb. I have worn these shoes religiously since they came out many years ago . This version of the shoe is simply the best Asics has ever come out with. I wear a 13 and these are true to fit. The comfort and padding on these are sooo comfortable with the exact right amount of firmness. For the first time ever, after I bought the first pair of these shoes and tried them for a day, I went back and bought another pair. I have one pair for running in and another pair to wear to work. Work. I am an ER doctor and work 12-hour shifts on my feet. I almost always wear dansko clogs to work for their support, but these tennis shoes are comfortable enough to make it through a 12-hour shift with no problem. If you would never tried a pair of this brand, this is the one I recommend you begin with. If you have used other versions of the gel kayano in the past, trust me this one is an amazing update. Five stars!!!!

Das Kayano-Modell begleitet mich seit Jahren in meinen Laufbemühungen. Da ich einige Modellversionen ausgesetzt habe, war es nun mal wieder der Zeit für ein neues Paar Schuhe, in diesem Fall das aktuelle Modell 30. Man muss schon seine Schuhgröße bei den Asics-Modellen kennen, da die EU-Größen allesamt etwas klein ausfallen. Obwohl ich eigentlich 43 habe, bin bei den Asics mit 44.5 genau richtig. So habe ich dann auch bestellt. Bei den Größen hat sich über die Jahre bei den Modellen zum Glück nichts verändert. Im Vergleich zu meinen älteren Kayano Modellen fällt sofort auf, dass das 30-Modell irgendwie keine lineare Abrollbewegung hat. Anders kann ich es nicht beschreiben. Es gibt so eine Art Kipppunkt, an dem die Abrollbewegung etwas an Geschwindigkeit zunimmt. Gewöhnungsbedürftig zum Anfang, angenehm und unterstützend beim Laufen. Der Stoff insbesondere im Zehenbereich scheint mir etwas dünn zu sein. Pediküre ist angesagt, sonst scheint mir die Möglichkeit eines Lochs im Bereich des großen Zehs doch sehr hoch. Ansonsten: der Schuh ist angenehm leicht, vielleicht als Folge der gesparten Stoffdicke.
