I love Dr's Best - this product is recommended for people who have tummy issues. I've noticed this prebiotic fiber feeds good gut bacteria but doesn't cause gas or bloating or irritation. It has no discernible flavor. I like to mix it into my coffee or protein shake. It mixes easily without any clumps in both hot and cold beverages. It has helped with heartburn and other issues so I rate it as effective and Drs Best always has the best quality products in my opinions

It's good and I actually look forward to drinking it. It has a nice nutty taste. I drink it with room temperature water. It's helped keep me stay routine and I hope it helps with cholesterol.

I love this stuff and will keep reordering it because I notice a big difference between when I take it and when I don’t as far as whether or not I have hunger cravings that day. I mix it with some casein protein powder in the morning and never get cravings to eat bad or sugary during the day. It dissolves easily and has no taste aside from a slight texture. I wish I would have found this stuff earlier. It’s slightly pricey for what it is and part of me thinks it could be possible to get as much fiber from other sources, but I think that would cost more in the long run and take much more meal prep planning into account

I bought this to mix in with my protein drink to add some more fiber to my diet. I already drink an orange psyllium fiber in the mornings which helps a great deal. This product mixes well without thickening like some fiber can do. Doesn't change the flavor or add grittiness. I knocked off a star because I actually feel less regular since I started using it. So, not sure how long it takes for my body to adjust but was hoping it would help in addition to the daily psyllium.

Great way to help increase your daily fiber, without gas.

Sunfiber is a good product, but this formula seems flawed. The particles are fine, and seem to be statically charged. When scooping, I get a significant amount of the product on the *outside* of the scoop, some of which falls off when tipping the scoop to empty the contents. It makes a mess and is wasteful. I will not be purchasing this brand again - I had purchased another in the past, and my experience with this brand is not the norm.

Works great and my gi doc recommends this. Better than Benefiber
