You can easily setup this 3.5 optical to digital audio converter cable to a Bose sound bar and then to an older Samsung tv and it will work perfectly. The sound is great and cable length was more than enough to reach both. Cable quality seams fine if stationary and not pulled tight, a little flimsy and could be thicker. But over all it does the job. 👍
