Alongside this product, I did begin paying closer attention to my overall hair care. I switched to a biotin shampoo and conditioner, which my hair absolutely loves. I brush my hair every evening before bed, restarted my collagen routine, and began using rosemary and pumpkin seed oil to massage my scalp overnight before washing my hair the next day. That said, even before I added the oils and nightly brushing, this product was already working. I simply added those steps to support healthier, stronger hair. While I don't see the level of thickening I'd ideally want just yet, my hair is definitely growing longer, the shedding has stopped, and my part is noticeably less wide-which gave me real hope. Because of the results I'm seeing, I plan to continue using it. It's simple: just two pills a day, one in the morning and one in the evening, preferably with meals. The only downside is the price. When I first started, a three-month supply was around $70, and now it's over $80, which is a hard pill to swallow (no pun intended). Still, given how skeptical I am and how much money I've spent over the years on products that promised everything and delivered nothing this one m worked for me. I stayed consistent even when I wasn't seeing immediate results, and I'm glad I did. I’ve been using this product for several years since 2018 to be in fact. I stopped using it for a little while here and there. When I first started using this product, it was because I had to cut my hair really short. I have doing dreads. And within a few months time, my hair actually went from being above my shoulders to below my shoulders. I made it grow much faster and thicker and stronger. I stopped using it after my hair became a certain length for about a year maybe two. And then again later on down the road after I had my gastric sleeve done. Because my hair started thinning out and getting shorter. After I started using it again, and I did my hair get thicker again, but grow pretty fast. And became very long. I stand by this product 1,000,000,000%. I’ve tried other products and they did not work as well as this product does for me. Is a stated before your hair grows longer stronger and thicker. It may not be the same for everyone when it comes to the thickness and how fast it will grow but for me, I saw the results when they just a couple months. But like I’m saying, it may not grow as fast for some and is thick for some. We all have different types. But I promise you it does work and it will work. You just have to be patient and give it time one box isn’t going to make it happen overnight. So I would recommend getting a multi pack. Don’t get discouraged easily as well. Well after losing lots of hair due to menopause I was distraught. I started this and pumpkin seed oil about 4 months ago and not sure what it is but my hair is soooo much healthier and thicker. Not 💯 like it was but definitely not shedding hair like I was. It’s actually not a bad price and totally worth it. Iam going to continue to take this as it really works!!!! Give it a try but be consistent. I usually try and take 2 every day. Thankful for this product. UPDATE: been taking for 8 months now and must say my hair looks amazing!!! Not 100 percent the way it was before menopause but looks way better than it did. Still taking with pumpkin seed oil capsules twice a day. No side effects. My boyfriend says my hair looks better than ever so he has started the mens. Not sure if my menopause levels are calming down or really what it is but I think it’s this product. Yes, a bit pricey, the only way too really find out is if I discontinue taking it but not going to happen. Not now anyway. I’ll update in December which will be a full year of consistency. I honestly believe the key to this consistently 💯.

I did not think this worked. Until I stopped taking it. It was so subtle that I didn't realize that, yes, I definitely had a good increase in growth. When I ran out of it, my hair really started falling out and then I remembered how bad it was before I started taking it. It didn't make a miraculous change but there was a very nice increase. I have more on order and I'm anxious to get back on it. I should mention that I didn't take it as directed. I only took one a day, not two. My fault for not reading close enough. I can't wait to see what two a day does.

I did notice improvements after 3 months. My hair in the front(my bangs) and the sides (near my temples) started to shed less. After 6 months I definitely saw new growth in those areas. After 9 months those areas filled in nicely! The packaging does say if you stop using the product you may return to having the new growth shed or fall out again. I bought the male viviscal for my husband and the female viviscal for me. We have been taking it together 2x daily since January of 2022. We also used the shampoo and conditioner(that was not faithfully though,we would alternate with those and other products) . I would say the product worked,but the new hair growth was a definite change in texture for me. It is more wiry. My husband did NOT experience new growth with his product ,but his hair grew faster and he has less shedding. Mine grew faster too. Those were definite pluses! However; after 9 months when I did not experience less shedding in my crown area and was losing more hair there I did make an appointment with my dermatologist to see what she thought. I do suffer from CRPS since 2021, and so that condition makes me lose hair, as did the surgery which originally caused the CRPS. Viviscal works great for a hair loss that is related to loss from overuse and even from the CRPS related hair loss on the sides and bangs. Seems slow ,but still appreciated in my book. For the crown hair loss ,that is different. It was NOT related to over styling nor to CRPS. That was related to female pattern balding as my dermatologist remarked. The viviscal did not work for me in that area. For my husband the male viviscal also did not make him grow hair in the male pattern baldness area, but I still consider it a success as he is not shedding hair at an abnormal rate loss there anymore. Overall we think highly of viviscal and are choosing to continue using each product respectively. I do not have pictures for either of us. I found it to difficult to balance and photograph myself with CRPS and my husband would prefer not to have his pics shown. I definitely am glad we tried viviscal first, the vitamins in the product and marine complex also seemed to help with other issues we experienced. Do your research and decide for yourself ,but this is still a great product to try.

I got this for my postpartum hair loss. I was on Nutrafol prior and that is of course so expensive. I heard great reviews for this product. Both my sister and mom have separate hair loss issues. Mom from menopause related and my sister from gastro related. They had extremely positive results from this product. Which is why I’m giving three stars. After three weeks of being in this product, my skin started breaking out. I would feel uneasy as well. I always take any vitamins with a meal. I do have a strong stomach as well. It was almost as if I had a hormonal response to this medication. I felt exhausted every day and headaches just super weird results. Also I’ve been eating really clean resulting in pretty regular weight loss and I stalled for two weeks while on this product. After stopping, I started losing again. Even what felt like mood swings. Everything really seemed to subside after stopping this product. I don’t think this is a bad product by any means, my sister and mother had the best results. I would never product bash either. I saw what hair loss does for women and how it affected my mother and sister. They were SO HAPPY with this product. For me though it unfortunately did not respond well to my body and I had to stop. Thought I should leave this feedback I case any other women start feeling a bit off. I’ll have to go back to the more expensive product.

Si tú no tienes ningún efecto secundario no significa que no te esté haciendo daño, felizmente que yo sí pude notar rápido al quinto día de uso los efectos secundarios , porque no me hubiera gustado que no me pase absolutamente nada y sólo después de unos meses cuando ya mi sistema está muy dañado recién ir al doctor para que él me diga Que tengo alguna cosa horrible y que después de mucho tiempo descubra que fue el suplemento el causante …… El primer efecto secundario que tuve fue que estaba hinchada como si hubiera subido de peso soy una persona en muy buena forma física voy al gimnasio me alimento bien de pronto de la nada empecé a sentir como subía de peso y como estaba hinchada mis piernas mi espalda al principio pensé que seguramente no estaba durmiendo bien y que por eso estaba reteniendo líquido , pero no definitivamente después de dormir correctamente y quitar de mi dieta alguna que otra cosa que pudiera estarme generando hinchazón me di cuenta que era el suplemento luego empecé a sentir adormecimiento en las manos y en los pies eso sí que es un mal síntoma , Entonces no quise continuar porque sencillamente me di cuenta que ellos dicen que para tener un efecto bueno tienes que usarlo de tres a seis meses y según lo que he visto en YouTube las chicas que presentan el antes y el después presentan un crecimiento de cabello que tranquilamente lo puedes tener sin la ayuda de este suplemento ya que el cabello crece un aproximado de 2 cm por mes al menos ese es mi caso y en seis meses tendrías un crecimiento de 12 cm eso no es el suplemento a una persona sana si le crece el pelo y todavía hay personas que les crecen mucho más cuando tienen un buen cuidado capilar , Yo recién me di cuenta de eso cuando empecé a buscar efectos secundarios de este suplemento ya que todas dicen de qué son unos efectos fantásticos y yo me imaginé pues que sería un crecimiento de por lo -4 cm por mes y no nada que ver , no es un crecimiento extremo es simplemente un crecimiento el que tendrías normalmente si obviamente tienes un una salud normal que es mi caso yo solamente quería que me crezca el cabello más rápido no tengo ninguna enfermedad simplemente me corté el cabello y quiero que me crezca rápido definitivamente para ese tipo de objetivo es mejor los aceites Los tratamientos de crecimiento los masajes nocturnos yo voy a tener exactamente los mismos efectos el mismo crecimiento o incluso mejor con sólo hacer eso y obviamente seguir un estilo de vida saludable y una buena alimentación que siempre lo he tenido pienso que este suplemento es más para una persona que tenga severos problemas producto de alguna enfermedad o de alguna secuela de enfermedad no para una persona sana como lo pintan que es un suplemento natural El hecho que sea natural no significa que sea para todo el mundo, no es un suplemento como para una persona sana a la cual le crece el pelo normalmente o que lo tiene dañado por coloración o porque se lo cortó tomar este suplemento no es como tomar biotina o cualquier otro suplemento de ese tipo es más fuerte y pienso que no vale la pena Para el tipo de crecimiento que ofrece que la verdad no es nada no es gran cosa antes de comprar vivíscal ya yo estaba logrando un buen crecimiento de mi cabello utilizando otros aceites utilizando romero masajes cuidando mi cabello con mascarillas etc. y yo tenía un crecimiento notorio me lo decían todos te está creciendo el cabello y yo lo único que quería era que me crezca más rápido porque pensé que un suplemento haría un efecto y más rápido pero no !!!! I’m 36/female. My hair has been thinning for at least a year. A new hair dresser had initially suggested nioxin, which worked for a little while but I found I was allergic. Ended up reaching out to my dermatologist who suggested Viviscal. This has been everything! The first month I took one a day and my results were noticeable. Months 2-4, I still take it once a day but not consistently. My shedding is 75% less than what it was before I started my journey a year ago. Personally this Viviscal product worked much better than the previous brand of shampoo and conditioner I was using. I can only imagine what my hair growth would be if I took the full dose. Others reported stomach upset. I was worried about that but thankfully don’t get that side effect.
