Have used this product a few times now, I've found that it smells lovely, it is nice and silky when you pump it into your hands to use..After applying to my hair , I've massaged it all over my hair and then just left my hair to dry naturally , I'm very impressed with it, I've used and tried many products but this one has definitely stopped my hair from being frizzy but at the same time feeling soft and smelling just lovely , lasts all day as well.No need to keep applying but if I had to I would.I personally can recommend it, it's a lovely product to use, and definitely leaves your hair feeling soft without the frizz.

ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT.! I wish I’d taken ‘before’ photos of my problem hair. Due to having very thick long hair and repeated back-combing and product used, it’d become so severely tangled that i was dreading what I thought was the only option left: to cut-out the big matted areas with scissors and face a really short hairstyle.! Believe me, this would have looked horrendous on me.The tangled matts were close to my scalp so I was resorting to having my hair up.I’d tried combing, brushing, separating with fingers, conditioners, oils etc . Nothing was making an difference and in fact, I’d say it was compounding the problem….until as a very last resort before cutting my hair off…I tried this product.The bottle recommends to use 2 pumps worth…my hair was so thick and long and so severely tangled that I just put loads of pumps worth on and patiently worked it in to the tangled with my fingers.It took a while (watched TV as a distraction) but IT REALLY WORKED!!I was gradually able to pull the tangles apart and then eventually brush through all my hair with my trusty Mason Pearson brush.My hair is saved! Yes, I needed to wash the product out afterwards as I’d used so much of it but that truly didn’t matter as thanks to this Pantene Leave On Detangling Milk I can keep my long silky hair style and won’t need to cut it super short!!I hope my feedback might give hope to someone out there with a similar issue. The scent is ok. If you don’t like it, you can simply wash it out after it’s done its job!

I bought this for my teenage niece who has long thick hair which tangles easily and has suffered heat damage. She loves it. Really smoothed her hair out, looks shiny and healthy. I’d recommend for tangled and thick hair.

I’ve tried many detanglers in the past on my fine low porosity type 4 hair but this one is great! It’s lightweight, provides a good amount of lubrication to get the knots out and doesn’t have an overly powerful smell. I use this to detangle my hair before washing and love that there’s no residue behind.If I have one criticism it would be that I’ve had it for around 3 weeks and have used it three times and don’t have much product left. It doesn’t last as long as I would have liked but I still would repurchase.

Great for kids and makes detangling thick curly hair way less gruelling! Has quite a strong smell though which is my only gripe.

A quality product.. natural waves and textured hair is detangled, full of softness & shine and manageable... great value for personal care .

Amazing product!! Helped me get mats and tangles out of my daughters hair, had tried lots of other products with no luck but this stuff really did a great job and no tears!!!
