I am taking these minerals, 2 capsules every day. Before, I was feeling tired all the time, but now I seem to have more energy that lasts until the end of the day.Great product

This is a great company and a great formulation-- top drawer and in the correct amounts for most people.Unfortunately for me, this product now causes nighttime leg/ foot cramps. (I've gone on and off of the supplement 8 times, and each time the cramps stop when I stop taking it, and start when I start taking it again).This is likely not the fault of the supplement and rather something to do with my own chemistry, but since I did see one other review that mentioned getting leg cramps so I thought I would post my experience.I eat a very high-quality, organic, balanced diet, and am super healthy otherwise, so it's possible that I already have sufficient mineral levels in my body and taking this just overflows the proverbial bucket.In any case, the manufacturer is very good and the quality is excellent, so if you DO need mineral supplementation this is the product I would use.

I've used this product before and will continue to. It has sound ingredients and company delivered on time and very well packaged. This is the first time I've ordered it from Amazon and was very happy with the process.

Cannot tell a difference after using these, and the pills are kind of big. I tried dissolving them in water to no avail.
