This thing feels durable and well made. Flashlight works good and the taser works good. Make sure to put it shocky side down in the case and it acts like a safety. Works great. It's the perfect size for my niece and wife's tiny hands

My mom bought me one of these in purple a few years ago and I love it! It's small enough to fit in my coat pocket or purse and even comes with a black carrying case - it fits perfectly in your hand and has a comfort texture. There is a small button you slide on it that pops out a plug so you can plug it into an outlet to charge it, which according to the instructions, you only need to do once a month. I've gone much longer than that without charging it and it still works excellently - it holds the charge for a very long time. To operate it, you slide a button up one position to activate the flashlight (super bright) and push it up further to activate the stun gun; then you press and hold a separate button to taze someone. When you deploy the button, it makes an incredibly loud sound as the voltage goes through it and the mugger. I have luckily not had to use it on anyone, but the voltage is definitely enough to give a mugger a good shock and the loud buzzing/crackling sound alerts anyone around that a crime is going down. I have it turned on and my hand on it in my pocket when I have to walk in Baltimore City or DC when I occasionally use the metro or go visit my friend there. Don't worry, you won't stun yourself even if you leave it in the on position because you'd have to hold the button down to do that. I feel so safe when I have this, especially given how crime laden that area is. In fact, I even bought one for a few of my girl friends so we all feel safe. It's worth every penny and I can't believe the great price for how effective and very well made this is. I also love the variety of colors this comes in for both genders.

Im necessarily only using it to scare or deter anything while taking my kitty out and about and i don’t want to jump to lethal force immediately. The size is perfect for pocket carry, im not too sure how much it hurts, (I haven’t tested it on anything.) but i will suggest waiting a bit to touch the prongs after using it, don’t ask me how i know. The flashlight is bright. The looks and feel of it are very good as well as it is easy to grip. Easy to use, just push the switch forward and bam, shocky shocky.

It’s super loud and affective, I love how safe it makes me feel and also how it came with a case to protect it.

It’s a good size to meet my needs. Only giving 4 stars bc UPS had an issue when delivering at first so it got delayed some, if I received it when expected I would have felt safer with my job quicker. Otherwise 5 stars for sure, it takes 1-2 hours to charge which isn’t an issue and the flashlight is a lot brighter than I expected. I haven’t the taser on anything yet but I feel a lot safer having it on me and knowing that it’s charged, works properly, and is ready to go if I ever unexpectedly need it

I have bought several of these super handy little stun guns. I volunteer at a clinic and I carried one of these to make my nightly rounds, the flashlights were killer bright, and the stun mode makes a big crackle when fired off. Well, the ladies that work there saw mine and just went crazy! Everyone of them wanted one of those fire crackers too! And all the different colors.. geez.. It's a good thing these stunners are inexpensive! I ended up buying thirteen over the holidays for all of them. Over the years I made sure to buy a new one from time to time. They lasted me about a year before starting to get weak. Okay, now, THESE NEWER ONES have EVEN MORE Zzzzap!! The numbers say that they have added five more B's on these VTS- 881's! My latest one was getting a bit worn, and when I saw that these VTS' have upgraded!? I bought one right then! Wow... This little sucker is awesome!! It is a bit bigger than my old one; a bit heavier. Solid. My old one had a rattle going on inside it and I had to use a glue gun to stop the battery inside from clunking about.. THIS new stunner does NOT have that problem. This new series is just better. The flashlight is bright enough to make you see spots for several minutes (please kiddos, don't look directly into the light and be an idiot like me.). And my old stunner? I tried it out on myself because someone wanted to know what it felt like. So, I manned up and (yes, being an idiot) I zapped my leg.. it was not fun. The jolt would definitely make someone back the hell up!! WELL THEN, this new one is OBVIOUSLY much much much hotter than the my older one! Sooooo, a DIFFERENT idiot is gonna have to man up for the "test" on this one! These little stunners are great. I've had so many "thank you's" and "I just love it's".. When the nights get longer and the sun goes down earlier every day, my friends tell me that they feel just a little less creeped out going to their cars, or having to open the clinic before daylight. The flashlight is an obvious winner, but knowing that they have a little surprise inside that flashlight makes the world a little less scary! WORTH MENTIONING: When a newbie (whom has never seen one fired) fires one of these for the first time, they will do three things: 1) Screech like they've just been handed a snake! 2) Drop the stunner like a hot rock. 3) And then, hit you. So it is wise to warn them, and show them what it will do FIRST!

Works great! Haven’t had to use it yet but it definitely works 🤣
