Calf Brace for Torn Calf Muscle and Shin Splint Pain Relief for Men and Women - Adjustable Neoprene Compression Support Wrap

I bought these, to give some mild compression to my swollen calves. The swelling was also affecting my ankles and feet. My doctor had recommended elevating feet & legs while sleeping, which was helpful for the feet & ankles, but did not help my calves. I'm 5'5" tall, and these looked short when they arrived, (10-1/2" top to bottom) and seemed too light-weight.....but they are perfect in length, taking up the area between top of ankles to just below knees, and the weight is perfect for being able to wear under pants & pj's. The velcro straps permit adjusting for exactly how much compression you desire, strong or light, and are totally adequate for supplying the desired amount of comfortable compression. I would forget I was wearing them! They had a bit of a 'chemical odor' when received, but a couple days of hanging on the clothesline outdoors in the country air, freshened them into a no-odor item. I used them non-stop, for one week, over medium weight knee-high socks. I needed to re-adjust the velcro every couple of days, because the swelling was COMING DOWN, in my calves! The elevating helped remove the swelling from my feet & ankles, and these calf wraps, gradually removed the swelling from both calves! I was truly impressed and so thankful. I am only using them occasionally now, during the night & or daytime hours, as needed. I am SOOOOO glad I gave this product a try.... it made such a huge improvement, I would now, not be without them, in case the swelling should return.

We purchased this Calf Brace - Shin Splint Support for Calf Pain Relief Muscle Tear Strain Sprain Shin Splints for our son after her injured his calf while working out at cross fit. We live in Hutchinson, Kansas and he lives in Castle Rock, Colorado. He travels alot and needed relief before he could get to his Doctor. He began using this Calf Brace during his travels and it helped him and afforded him the needed relief allowing him to continue working again until he could get back to Colorado to see his Doctor. From his home to the Denver Airport, to his worksite in L A, California, to back home 5 days later. I tore my calf muscle training. Doctor said surgery was avoidable, but I had to take it easy for six weeks. He advised that a calf support might help. I ordered this and am very satisfied at the support and help it provides for the pain. It is easy to use, breathable, and built of good quality. Please remember that this is not magic and it does not mean that as soon as you put it on your life is back to normal. Now that I am off of crutches I still walk slowly, but there is a good difference in pain management both with and without the support.

It was a little too long. Not comfortable at ankle on top. Warmth. At night these stay in place. I don't tighten really tight but they stay in place when I toss and turn and my calves are warm in morning and very few morning cramps. I have a calf hernia so the warmth helps.

I don’t use it for muscle support, it’s an excellent heat shield for leg while riding my motorcycle.

Works great for money

This provides good support but has “dead” spots. So you have humps in your leg when you take it off where it wasn’t supported.

Good value for this highly adjustable calf brace. It is about 10 inches long and covers most of my lower leg. I am able to place a small hot/cold pad on my leg without it sliding around while I go about my day. My calf measures 16" around and I have ample ability to adjust how snug or loose I would like it to fit in 3 areas (upper calf, mid calf and lower calf) Very simple design and so easy compared to the slip-on calf supports. Stays in place provided I've adjusted it correctly.

Sprained my calf muscle and this helped within a week to get back on my feet again.
