Bland and very finly ground. Be careful when opening! Is a very fine powder that when poof when opened and made a big mess...

This is my favorite pure garlic powder which I go through quickly. The price is much lower than many others that don’t taste or smell nearly as fresh. I’ve never had a problem with it clumping like the 365 organic onion powder which is good but so finely milled that it’s almost like setting powder / makeup and it turns into balls of hard sticky resin. This garlic powder is perfect for myriad Medical Medium recipes especially if you’re trying to avoid using salt, artificial flavoring, MSG or eating cheese of some sort. I can’t believe I just reviewed garlic powder. I’m that into it.

This is great organic garlic powder. Some powders are actually granules, but this is actually powder. It’s great on lentils, beans, popcorn and potatoes or in gel caps.

I’m not sure I’ll ever buy garlic powder in the grocery store again. This is garlicky, powdery. Definite upgrade to my spice cabinet.
