Thought it was gunna be a piece of junk when I got it so cheap... and a refurbished one at that! But this thing is freaking awesome! Turned it on and put it in the water and it took off like a missle! We named ours Steve Erwin the Stingray. RIP. Easy to take apart and clean off with the hose. Charges very fast. Battery life is pretty good. I'm prepping for summer so he works non stop. I let him do one lap before he stops. Clean it and put him back in. It'll do about ½ of another lap before needing to charge. 19' circle pool.

This vacuum works great better then others

The media could not be loaded. I had one it only made it through half a summer before the pump wore out and it would just go across once and stop.It was the older model the seagull 800. I got the new SE this year seems to have a bit of redesign. A little bigger but same weight. It works great vacuuming your pool. I tend to run mine every day just because its not a big deal just need to get it out when battery runs out charge it then put it back in to run. The catcher works good and it stayed good whole season on the 800 and this looks like exact same layout inside. Now the question is if the battery or the motor will last all season.

This is an amazing pool cleaner. Will save you money by not having to change out your sand filter . Picks up dog hair along with the tiniest bug and leaves . We don’t have trees and needed mostly for algae. We ordered the model up. Had it not been for that I would have kept just to gather the Labrador retriever hair. I had no idea when my husband was blowing the patio some made it into the pool .. Definitely don’t hesitate this little machine is powerful and it was on the refurbished section. I tend to buy from that area to try out a device. My refurbished floor robotic vacuum cleaner is on year 4 and still powerful at a fraction of the full price .

Device worked fine for two months. Then it stopped working all together and just flashed red lights. I called customer support. They told me it was under warranty and they would ship me another device immediately and they would provide me shipping info an address to ship mine back via email. I never received the email with shipping instructions and return authorization. I reached back out via email and was told I would have to ship mine back before they would ship me a replacement and they did not provide me a shipping number or address. I am willing to update this Review if the company makes this righ.

Well, if it just went slower, it would be fantastic. I use it in a round pool. It gets stuck occasionally, but it's not too bad at first. It looks like it’s just swirling everything into the air as it zoomed past everything too quickly to pick anything up. Still, it does run for two hours, and every time I walk back to the pool, most of the debris has been picked up; a really good job picking up sand, really good job picking up sand I have a patio around my pool. I didn’t even notice the sand in the pool when I’m in the pool, but apparently it’s there. It would be so much better if it just went slower and it will not pick up any.
