Just like their other products, this doesn’t disappoint! I was prone to lady infections due to two autoimmune diseases and after a month of using this probiotic I’ve had none! Enzymedica makes THE BEST supplements! Their Digest gold also helped with my digestive issues and now when I eat veggies or proteins I can just tee their digest basic before the meal and it helps significantly! My digestive issues are due to lupus. Their other probiotics are awesome too! I love this company - they have made my quality of life so much better!

Beneficial for health

I'm happy with the Subculture Probiotic for women. There are 30 capsules and the dose is one per day. I take them primarily for digestion but they are also formulated for vaginal and immune wellness. They are easy to swallow. They are vegetarian and kosher. They do not need to be refrigerated, but simply kept closed in a dry place. There is no off-putting or overwhelming scent or taste. I've taken them for abput a week and they seem to function as well as a probiotic I usually take.

Works the same as the more expensive one's I was buying at the retail stores. Great value for a probiotic, but haven't really noticed them to be better or worse than the other ones I was using, overall good product with no side effects like upset stomach, headache etc. Recommend overall

I have taken these for a month. They’re ok but I don’t notice much of a difference since taking them.
