Great case and phone fits perfectly in it. The sliding door to protect the camera array is a great idea since there is no description for the kind of glass that protects the array. The built in screen protector does have a different material where the fingerprint reader is so it looks darker when the phone is on. This must be necessary for the fingerprint reader to work. No issues with fingerprint reader working. I am comfortable knowing that this case will protect this expensive phone.

This is a great case. The finger print works great, I tried glass with other cases and they do not work at all with one plus 13. I have dropped this phone fave down on concrete and it did not break. The camera protection is also great. I love it! Very sturdy.

OVERALL : There were some issues with setup and the listing images are a bit off in color, but I do enjoy this case and will keep using it (though I'm definitely swapping the front panel in the future). There weren't a ton of reviews (and none with pictures of the pink case) when I ordered so I was a little surprised when it came in and was a pastel-salmon pink. I almost didn't order this color because it looked a little "too pink", so the lighter color was a welcomed surprise. The marketing images could probably match a bit better. The case did come with two options for a front panel, one with a screen protector and one without. It was kind of a pain to apply the screen protector, especially the thumbprint area, which is apparently quite sticky, so any dust particles that got in when prepping the phone are now stuck to the inside of the case and very visible when using the phone. The case as a whole was a bit of a struggle to pry apart and snap back together, which does make it feel more secure but any particles that may squeeze through the cutouts will be a pain to remove. The buttons all line up perfectly, no issues there. I love the back camera cover since the camera does bump out pretty far. The built in stand works great and feels pretty sturdy. Using the screen protector panel does make the phone feel pretty indestructible with 360° protection. Even with the plain panel, the sides of the case bump out far enough to protect the screen if it were to hit the ground.

Case is decent. Screen protector is horrible. Customer service os a hoax. There is NO WARRANTY SERVICE!!!

Great case for the OnePlus 13. I have found this line of product works for any model of OnePlus phones. I have used Poetic phone cases for all my OnePlus phones from the OnePlus 6, 8 Pro, 9 Pro, 11, 12, and 13. They fit great, look awesome, and offer great protection. Would recommend.

This is the second phone case that I bought for my One Plus 13 and it would not fit. My phone would not snap in. The case was too small but was the proper case for my phone

I got this for my husband because he works in construction and he's constantly getting sand or dirt in his phone this is kept it out and protected his phone it fit perfect for his phone and it's very sturdy

What's really nice is it comes with two bezels one has it built in screen protector and the other one is just a frame and I bought it for that reason and I bought third party glass screen protectors thinking that they would work but they did not do not buy a third party screen protectors for the OnePlus 13 they will not work I tore off at threw them away but this case is very well built Love that it has a cover on the camera to keep it protected and the built-in screen protector that it provides is awesome well done

The case itself is strong. The cover for the screen gathered dust underneath quite fast and the fingerprint unlock was effected then. The stand has since broken in less than two months and can no longer stand vertically, horizontally it can also fall over unless I am very careful. I see the price is now about 35% more than what I paid. I would not pay the current price. I cannot send it back either. Sad that the stand broke so easily due to two small plastic arms that slide up and down and locked into place.

Esta increíble es muy gruesa la funda pero es lo que me gusta ya que el dispositivo está muy delgado y frágil trae 2 protectores frontales es un marco práctica mente uno trae una mica plástica y deja funcional al 100% la huella y la otra no trae más que el marco por si tienes mica de cristal solo instales ese me encantó ese detalle
