Actually happy with this purchase. It’s quite tiny and convenient as well as pocket size fits perfectly with Mac air and actually really works.

It definitely gets the job done but the folding arms are quite fragile and not sure how long it will stay intact. It was definitely not plug and play but once the required drivers and certificates were installed it worked good. I will admit that it is a very convenient size for traveling.

This reader did not work for my CAC, but it was easy and self explanatory to use. For context, I have a 2018 MacBook Pro, with OS 10.13.1 so it may have been a problem from my end. If it’s not working you, I suggest looking at Mac compatible products on militarycac.com.
