These did increase my cycle slightly (from 29 days to 33) but after two months we had conceived so I think the combination of nutrients and the longer cycle definitely worked its magic. Obviously can’t say for sure it was the tablets but worth a try! No side effects just bright coloured wee 😂

I'm not sure because of this but I started to take this from JUN 2025 and got pregnant in AUG! So happy!!!

I’ve taken two months of these now. I used to take the basic pregnacare for both pregnancies that ended in miscarriage. So I thought this time round I’ll try the ‘max’ ones. We got pregnant first time trying with both our previous miscarriages and currently we’re now on our 3rd month of trying whilst taking these supplements so can’t say they’ve helped in terms of fertility. My ovulation days seem to be around the same time day 13-15 across the last 2 cycles but my periods have bounced between 28 days and 30 whilst taking them which isn’t normal for me. and I’ve also experienced spotting 2 days before my periods which again isn’t the norm for me. However they have helped me with period symptoms, I used to get a few days of cramps leading up to my period which has resolved and also 2 days of my period the cramps have gone so I’m going to finish the pack I have an if I don’t fall pregnant this month and it affects my period again I will revert back to their basic pregnacare! Update 7 months on, finally pregnant but can’t say these made any difference!
