The bottle came in the expected size, however I wish they added more pills to fill up the bottle. From the reviews I knew it was gonna be a pretty good supplement and I can say Im pleased with the results. After about a week of taking these I felt more alive and could focus on chores around the house without feeling light headed and tired. I am very glad that it came fast and is good quality. Iron pills like these even help with brittle weak nails and breakage in hair, I personally didnt notice much of a difference in my hair but my nails feel more strong and break way less. I definitely recommend this product for my low iron girlies, it's simple to take with some water in the morning.

I gave 4 stars only for the after taste of metal but overall it seems to be a good supplement. I haven't been taking it long enough to see full effect. I have learned it is best to take on an empty stomach and accompanied with Vitamin C as it helps your body absorb the iron.

I’ve been taking these for about 2 weeks now, and what I love about them most is the fact that they don’t upset my stomach at all like other brands have, plus swallowing them is really easy and smooth…when it comes to feeling a difference in my body definitely yes, but I will have to update more on that, but so far so good…will keep reordering them for my low iron.
