Try for plantar fasciitis
Easy to use, stays secure. Recommended by a friend for plantar fasciitis, taped up my foot and it began to feel better immediately. Worth trying.

The best kinesiology tape!
I have tried a few brands and Rocktape makes fantastic products. Went to the beach for 8 hours with this tape on in and out of the water and it stuck for 4 days. Easily would have stuck for more but the edges were looking a bit frayed so I removed it. Supported my shoulder during rope climbs and muscle ups. Definitely recommend.

The Rock Tape is excellent for any muscular/ bone issue. It has saved me many times before and after overdoing any kind of exercise.
