So much better than I was expecting!
This couch is amazing! I was looking for a small, comfy couch to put in my tiny NY studio apartment that was affordable and easy to assemble and I hit the jackpot with this loveseat! It is tiny, but comfortably fits two average size adults. The assembly time is literally 10 minutes... you just slide the four pieces (seats, back, and two sides/ arms) together into the medal brackets, attached the feet, and Velcro the fabric underneath to hide. It is incredible sturdy and the material is some of the softest, coziest fabric I've ever felt on a couch. The cushions are plush with just the right about a firmness and the color is true to the image. It was delivered in one giant box so I did need some help getting it up my stairs and putting it together is easier with a friend, but no tools are required. I am overjoyed with the quality of this product, especially for the price! I would strongly recommend this couch!

Couch was delivered was rodent infested & there were feces covering the couch.
Be wary if you ordered this couch from Amazon. As you can see from the picture it was covered in rodent feces. Amazon offered a $5 credit for my problems.

Other than that the loveseat looks really great! Soft fabric but the cushions are very very ...
This was a little difficult for my to set up by myself. I couldn’t get the arms to slide in and it also came with zero instructions. Other than that the loveseat looks really great! Soft fabric but the cushions are very very stiff and pretty uncomfortable. Luckily my dog will be the main user.

Review said firm, but seriously....
So a few things that you should know about this sofa.The grey is a bit more blue than it looks in the photos, other than that it is a good representation.However Firm doesn't begin to express this sofa. Sitting on this couch feels like sitting on a stadium seat with a thin pad. It isn't comfortable at all.Add to that the fact that the cushions, back and seat, are permanently attached and that means you can't even adjust them for comfort.This might be a decent waiting room couch but is terrible as a home product. If the packaging hadn't been destroyed in shipping and unpacking I'd return it. But I don't think that's possible now.
