When I initially ordered the product, I was given a delivery date of a week later, but the product arrived 3-4 days before that. The mattress was packaged really well. The product itself is great and suits me really well. The memory foam seems to be of a really good quality.

It's good and very comfortable. For comfort in budget we can go for it.

Matters is truly amazing. It is so good and beautifully created. What makes it special is how much both kids and parents love it. Children enjoy it because it is fun, engaging, and easy to understand.

This is supposed to be a medium firm mattress, with a gel cooling layer on one side. When first opening the box, there didn't seem to be any difference on either side, so I just left it alone to reinflate. It seems like it did fully reinflate, but there still isn't any difference from either side of the mattress. It definitely is not a medium firmness either. This mattress is the hardest, firmest mattress I have ever come across. It has actually made my back pain worse, and I completely regret buying it.

Spine support is good

Not what it used to be. I bought one in India 3 years ago. The same model, quality was great and i dont have aches when i sleep on that mattress but the new one i purchased in UAE is not of good quality or they have changed the material, my back hurts in any position and my shoulders hurt while i sleep on the side. Cant return it too :(

The mattress was not firm as described and one end was tilted downwards.

Corners dont expand(inflate) properly and i took a 8 inch mattress but it looks like maximum 6.5 inch
