Battery Operated Digital Clock: Cordless Small Alarm Clock for Bedroom Travel - Large Numbers 4 Dimmers for All Ages Red Digits

I bought this clock to replace the awful bright blue lighted clock I was using. It is an easy to use, straightforward clock with no extras. I am so happy with it. The numbers are big and easy to read, and the red light does not bother the eyes. It dims automatically but you can still easily read the time. It's small and I really like that it's rechargeable and comes with its own recharging cord. I put 4 AA batteries in it as backup, but so far it's going great with just one recharge.

Immediately noticed it’s smaller than picture but as far as size goes the time font is so big it works out, it does both AA battery and USB-C. That thing will make noise and wake you up. I’ll tell you it’s easy to set up. If you’re thinking about pulling the trigger on this alarm clock and your #1 goal is to just wake up, no radio than this is a good purchase and also the visibility from bed, I can read the time from anywhere in the room. Looking at it it does a great job at looking cool but also basic.

Great clock! It has a small footprint with large numbers to see across the room. Display has 4 options of brightness. Even a shutoff mode if you don't want any light, but level 1 is pretty dim if you want to see something at a glance. Also has a button for auto dim if you want it to do the work for you. Love that it's battery operated. Don't have to worry about finding an outlet. The buttons on the back are easy to read and understand. It even has a quick DST button so you don't have to cycle through the time when DST happen. Overall, very happy I got this! FYI... it requires 4 AA alkaline batteries.

UPDATE: Just received my second clock to use in my LR. This little clock works very well and once I figured out how to set it up it’s actually quite easy. Ordered this clock to replace a digital clock that lasted only two years. I hope this one lasts longer. I chose this one because of its’ Daylight Savings feature. It’ll save me the hassle of changing the clock twice a year. I did found it confusing to set up and only seemed to manage it by accident. I like its’ minimalistic design. I chose the green color which I find pleasing. I like how large the numbers are. The light dimming feature works well but I’ve chosen to keep it on the brightest setting. The clock is very easy to read whether it’s day or night. I can’t comment on the alarm because I have no need for it. Time will tell whether or not it keeps accurate time.

LOVE battery powered!! No cords. Well made. Looks nice and good size. Set fine BUT II had a problem coordinating the time and day of the week. Had had this same problem with other digital clocks like this.. Have a hunch it’s my problem not clocks — but I had to return, sadly. Give it a shot good chance you’ll get it right.

Great clock. Large display. Display can be adjusted from very bright to off with a few brightnesses in between. Volume loudness is also adjustable. I run it off of 4AA batteries and a portable USB charger. The batteries do not have to be removed when I run it off the charger.

I LOVE this clock! It's easy to read from a distance; the numbers are bright and clear. It's also versatile, giving you a (digital) choice of plugging it into an electric outlet or using batteries, and it has a variety of settings. When it's plugged in and the electricity goes off, it's VERY easy to reset. It's a very efficient little clock.

Nice clock that is so easy to set up. I like the auto diming and if you put your hand near it it lowers the light and that is handy at night. I like that I can take it anywhere because it uses batteries but their is an included USB power supply.

Very clear easy to read time display. Easy and very quick to set time and alarm. Fairly loud alarm which can be set quieter if needed. I chose the green colour as I find red on black numbers not so easy to see due to colour blindness. Two settings for brightness, auto dim and manual dim. On manual dim it will stay on the setting you choose. Works with batteries or from the mains using a phone charger adapter 5v, so ideal for travel and holidays. Feels solid and has 18 month warranty from Acedeck...so keep your order no. and model no. handy should there be any issues. Things to note: only 12 hour clock and one alarm. Overall, just what I need.

Great digital clock, easy to see in dark without glasses, as large size numbers. Can adjust the brightness too. Easy to set time, and has a daylight saving button.

i have 2 of these clocks and both work well. Nice big digits. 3 brightness settings.
