This is a great base to build a great kit from. Lots of nice small items, but they’re mixed in with other less useful items. The overall quality of the container is great to have in your trunk. Don’t need to worry about it at all. The larger items are nice like the trifold shovel, the Mylar blanket, the emergency shelter and BASIC boo-boo kit (this is not a first aid kit, it’s for small cuts or scrapes and bug bites not major bleeding).The compass does work very well. And it looks cool. I don’t know if the life straw is trust worthy but it’s a neat inclusion for the kit. I would definitely add more paracord for the shelter and various tasks. And include some specific items for where you live. Bug spray or repellent wipes would be one major thing to add.Like I said, as a start this does get you there. It’s a great base to build up from! You just need to add your own flair to the kit.
