This is the most useful appliance in my kitchen! So easy to use and cooks perfectly! A great option for those cooking for 1-2 people at a time. Preheats fast and hold a good amount of food!

We are on month 2 or 3 of this air fryer - we love all of our shark/ninja products and this one is no exception! It cooks food beautifully and has a ton of options. My favorite feature is how perfectly it toasts bread and bagels (seriously). My only complaint is that the air fry portion doesnt get the wetter food as crispy (for example marinated chicken thighs) as my last air fryer, but its not a huge deal. The instructions say to run it at 450 for however long, and the unit got HOT so I was about to return it, but after a few uses it doesn't get that hot anymore I believe it was just from the initial "clean" cycle.

I love the feature of the double oven and am glad I purchased this item. The air fryer portion cooks faster than our regular air fryer and made nice, crispy food. We eliminated our air fryer so it is a space saver and good value having two appliances in one. Instructions were clear and the oven is easy to operate.

I’ve had this oven for about 6 months - I’ve tried hard to love it, but I can’t. The door handle hits the counter and you have to lift the unit to get clearance to pull out the bottom crump tray and rack, the door gets filled with crumbs and food debris when pulling out the basket, the top unit is so narrow (height) you can’t fit much more than slices of bread or a very thin pizza, the bottom is not capable of normal bake or roast and the top (which is for normal bake or roast, is not roomy enough for more than thin slices of anything), it’s not capable of manually turning off one section when both are running (both turn off and you have to restart the one you want to continue), and the cool down noise continues long after the unit is off. I’m going back to a French door, single section (not dual) that allows plenty of room for either air fryer/convection or regular bake/roast/toast as well as convenient removal of the unit’s accessories (rack and crumb tray and basket).

I wish the inside was about .2" bigger in either direct so the trays from the XL oven would also fit this one. One flaw is there is no cancel. You have to turn off the whole thing if you accidently started the wrong setting and if you have both going, then you have to restart both. The smart finish is a great feature tho. If you only use the bottom one, the whole unit still gets hot. Keep that in mind if you put anything on top or above it. The bottom door cant open all the way due to the handle getting in the way and hitting the counter first. Only an issue if you are putting something at the very bottom slot. Also only the top one had heaters at the top. Pizza setting is only for the bottom unit. So if you want to broil it as a finisher, you have to take the pizza out of the bottom and put it to the top.
