These have a built in chip that tells you when they need changing. Don't even think about buying third party heads. They won't have the chip, and they will be for quality.

Misdelivery by Amazon again
The item is fine Amazon's delivery was not. However, the package was wrongly delivered to our next door neighbour's property. This is not the first time that Amazon has done this.So, 5 Stars for the goods and only 1 for the delivery!

Not convinced by this product
ok, but I can't really say I've noticed a big differance in the appearance of my teeth. Change the heads regularly and tried various stain removing / whitening tooth pastes but I'mstill not convinced. Other reviewers sound as though they have had better results.
