A Precision Built Monster
For the price, you won't find a more solid built knife. This thing has ZERO JIGGLE, ZERO PLAY, NO LOOSE COMPONENTS. A common failure point is the clip which on most knives rattles after a few months of use. I've been using mine everyday and it has yet to develop play or warping. The coating on the handle and blade is top class, I have yet to scrape it at all. The dang blade is stupid sharp out the gate and easy to maintain sharp. When I bought this knife I was skeptical of having a manual flicker become I had used an assisted open knife for a year and loved it. The action on this knife is so good I don't miss the spring action of my knife at all.I wouldn't recommend using this knife for heavy tasks like wood chopping or holding your bodyweight (or whatever silly metric TikTok will try to convince you your pocket knife should be equal to an axe or ice pick...).No, this thing is an utra slim, precision built monster of a knife that is so comfortable to carry I place it in skinny jeans and forget about it immediately. It has about the same thickness as a modern smartphone so it doesn't interfere with sitting/squatting/jumping etc.Don't look for those cheap Chinesium knives that are built super flimsy and with weak actions and paper thin plastic handles.Get yourself this all metal, spec ops consulted, lovingly engineered beaut. For the price it's a no brainer, I can tell this will be my main knife for a several years to come.

High Quality knife at an affordable price!
I bought this exact knife and been carrying it daily since 2019. It’s been a very reliable and durable knife. I like how slim the whole knife is so it isn’t bulky and uncomfortable in your pocket. Love how easily its flicks open when it’s needed and the locking mechanism is very reliable. I just bought a second while it was sale as a backup. Would highly recommend this CRKT M16-03KS to anyone looking for a high quality knife that’s affordable, easy to carry, and use.

Such a good knife!!!!
This knife is very durable, very sharp, and isn’t bulky. It’s so sharp that I cut through a 3in thick branch in 5 seconds!!!

Nice knife,
Great knife for the price. It is attractively designed. This is my second CRKT folding knife. They are well built and will (likely) last a lifetime.Neither of the CRKT knives I own are Every-Day-Carry (EDC) items. I use an inexpensive spring assist folding knife for EDC. I cut boxes, cardboard, packing straps, plastics, etc.. The CRKT knives are too nice to scratch and dull. This knife is deathly sharp right out of the box. It is not a spring-assist opener, so a little flick of the wrist is necessary for 1-handed opening. The knife was a little stiff to open right out of the box. After a few short cycles (open/close) it appears to be smoother. I would assume that it will get better over time. This is no small knife. It has a 3.5+ inch blade and is over 8 inches long, overall, with the blade extended. It's sleek profile lends itself more to a tactical, self-defense, style, while the stainless-steel frame and quality clip ensures that this knife will provide years of service.I am not an expert on blade metals and durability of finishes. So I will not pretend, otherwise. I can tell you, that this is an attractive EDC knife. I would highly recommend this to anyone that likes to have a knife on their persons for limited use and possible personal protection.

10 years of everyday carry, 2nd one purchased.
You will see a lot of know it all types complain about all sorts of issues with this knife. They are full of crap. For it's purpose the M16 is an excellent choice for a defensive knife that can double as a utility knife. Now this is the important aspect of any model of knife, what was it designed to do primarily? The M16 03S features a Spearpoint blade made for deep stabbing penetration. The blade is fast and easy to open with a single hand. the attached clip is durable (10 years inside the belt of a construction worker durable.) The extra lock is positive and easy to use. Closing the blade with one hand is easy. The knife fits into the width of my hand as if it was designed to, the bottom end of the handle pokes out about half and inch and will shatter a car's safety glass - I've done. It will also put a serious dent in an aggressive dog's skull if needed. So what about the complaints you see here about this knife? One dork whines about the balance. It's not perfectly balanced in the middle... Dude, it's a folding lock back knife, not a throwing knife. The balance is about perfect in your hand. Another complains about the belt clip. 10 years on the inside of my belt working on job sites says either he maybe got a defective or abused it in someway. Another doofus complained about the shaped of the blade not being the best for cutting up his apples... Spearpoint blade remember? fine slicing isn't it's purpose but it does just fine on rope, heavy gage plastic strapping material and pretty much every thing else I run across on a job site. Onecupcake complained about the weight!? It's about 3.5 ounces! Lift some weights! So why do I have 2 of these knives? I thought I had lost my old one, immediately bought a new one. Found the old one - did I send the new one back? Heck no, that is how good a knife it is.

M16- Sti(Ske)letto
