The Seiko Men's 5 Automatic Gold Dial Gold-Toned Stainless Steel Watch boasts high-tech Japanese automatic movement hidden behind classic analog styling. Precise 21-jewel Japanese automatic movement keeps this watch functioning without a battery: It is powered automatically with the movement of your arm. This high-tech feature is tucked away behind the watch's gold-toned dial, which boasts luminous gold-toned hands and baton hour markers. The dial also sports a date window at the three o'clock position, and the entire dial is protected by a mineral crystal. Keeping all of this securely on your wrist is a gold-toned stainless steel link bracelet that closes with a fold-over double push-button safety clasp. Other features include a stainless steel case and water-resistance to 99 feet (30 meters). good watch
Here's what I found out, a great watch, but if you don't wear it every day, you have to reset because of no battery. I should have read the description better. again not the fault of the watch at all.

Stick with your gut feeling on what works
Not very happy with a psycho watch. It has lost time overnight. I removed the watch when I go to bed and it seems to lose time couple times it’s happened exactly 3 times in the last couple months evidently I’m not moving my arm enough during the day to keep it running at night, the first time a couple hours, the second time three hours the third time Was about six hours and I just prefer a battery watch. I wish I had a purchased purchased a battery watch so a little unhappy but for the most part if I can move my arm enough, it’ll probably be fine. Maybe I’ll wear it to bed. Thanks, Mark.

Seiko Men's SNKA10 Seiko 5 Automatic Watch
This watch is 100% dependable and looks more expensive on my wrist than I expected. Fairly heavy but not too heavy to be uncomfortable. A real man's feel for a watch. It looks great next to a $2,000. gold diamond ring with a peridot stone that I, personally, designed for myself.I recommend this watch to all of you "macho" guys out there who like to wear "bling."
