Tissot Seastar 1000 Powermatic 80 40MM

The dial, and even the bracelet, is far better in person. The turquoise dial is mesmerizing, but its more than that, the sub chapters just inside of the bezel really look great and the extra long second hard adds a really nice touch. Note that while the crystal is sapphire, the bezel is not. The crystal is higher so it probably does not matter that much. I like bigger watches, I have a 7.5 inch wrist. I think 41mm or 41.5mm is the perfect size for me. I was worried if the 40mm would feel too small, but the design is so good, it looks great. I really like the watch and it has quickly become one of my favorites!

Beautiful watch. The contrast on the face makes it very easy to read. Very comfortable and reasonable weight as well. Mine is frighteningly accurate. Almost quartz accurate. I adjust it about once every two months.

This watch is really a masterpiece. It is exactly what you would expect from a reputable watchmaker and then some. My only complaint is that it is small for my specific wrist. Besides that it has everything you would want from a watch. Normally I tend to go for larger watch sizes since they sit very well on my wrist. It is no doubt a beautiful automatic piece that deserves notice.

One second off after 12 days... absolutely unheard of. I know I got incredibly lucky and that this will change one way or the other with age but not by much. It will be very, very acceptable for the rest of my life in all likelihood. What an amazing watch. It feels like a quartz.
