Arrived within 2 days, no shipping fees for Prime Members. I did have it professionally put together at a bike store. He was very impressed with the bike quality, features, and the price. I did order the 24" tires as I am a shorter woman. Color is awesome. It came with a bottle holder on the frame + a cargo net type bag to attach on the back rack. Headlight is a great feature and the back rear light does light up when you use the brakes. Only thing to get used to is that the basket is stationery forward when you turn the handlebars it stays straight unlike my other basket that was attached to the front fork and turned with the front tire in the direction you are going. But I think I will get used to it. Easy to remove the battery when needed. Love it so far!

I love riding my bike. It goes really fast when I need it to. The bike is beautiful. I love everything about it. The video that was available made it easy for me to assemble it. The build of the bike is strong. It took a minute for it to come as this was the second bike they sent me as the first bike got lost in transit and it was suppose to be here for Christmas. Nevertheless I finally got it and I love it.

This bike comes 85% assembled according to the instructions. The instructions to finish assembling the bike are so difficult to understand that I searched a YouTube video to watch it step by step. Even with that video, it was really complicated. I haven’t finished the assembly even after two days. Maybe I lack the skill set needed to figure this out or maybe it’s just a hard thing to do!

I love my bike. Use it to commute every day. Almost up to 700 miles now and still going strong! Getting ready to buy another one.

So far so good. Received quickly and was able to put it together myself (no experience) with the user guide and You Tube video. It was very well packed. Took it for my first ride today and it was nice! My 1st time owning/riding an e-bike. I wish it was branded Mooncool instead of Eoyobike (which I’m not sure how to pronounce…). The bike came with all the tools and a few extras I did not expect. Overall I’m satisfied and might upgrade to 5 stars after having more riding experience.

Bike came scratched. Customer service with mooncool was amazing! They called us back and offered to reimburse for paint damage. Love the quality of the bike and the extra accessories!

When order came in the handlebar was bent even though was wrapped perfectly and best received of any shipment. I contacted seller and within 24 hours they shipped me a new handlebar. This is a company that stands behind their products and for that alone I would buy from them again. Things happen when shipped overseas. Bike arrived exactly on day said it would. Bike is beautiful. I got the sky blue ebike. UPDATE MARCH 2 2025: The handlebar never came to replace the totally bent bar in shipping. Have been begging for a date when I will receive and alI I get is “the factory is out”. I’ve asked repeatedly when they will be ready to ship and for weeks answer repeats “will ship when get more made”. I find hard to believe complete shut down of all bikes being made due to handlebars when Mooncool ships world wide and no company can stop selling and survive. Tarrifs are coming Tuesday March 4 and worried won’t get period. UPDATE MARCH 4, 2025: The handlebar finally shipped and gave me a free helmet plus $30 so they are back to 5 STAR! Always order and only order anything that has direct seller contact who is verified to reply immediately or within 24 hrs. Had I not been able to contact direct I never would have recovered a new handlebar. Update MARCH 20,2025: Mooncool sending a BRAND NEW BIKE to replace original bike that we couldn’t get fixed. This will totally fix all the issues. Wow! Blown away.

Fun bike but battery stopped taking a charge after owning it for less than 60 days.
