Air walk trainer definitely a good buy
I wanted to add another exercise machine to my all ready 5 year old tread mill and exercise bike (both bought through Amazon) as I was becoming bored with my home workouts. So I thought this Air Walker would pep up my workouts and also it was such a reasonable price. I absolutely love it. It came promptly and was packaged so well, infact it was an aerobic workout trying to open the box!!. Although I was so glad it was to protect the product. Assembly was so easy as most of it was done. I didnt put the tummy pad on as I found that restrictive for my height I'm 5 foot 3. But I'm sure other people will find it useful. I do feel it is a good workout as I do half an hour morning and evening, and I'm puffed. I just put on some music and of I go. The handle bars went on easily and I did this myself. If you want to get in shape or want to maintain, this is such a fantastic option. The price is so good, as is the quality, it's also good for getting you're daily step count up. The exercise counter is handy and I wear my fit watch also and it shows I'm doing a decent workout. There is no pressure on you're joints and also it's a great upper body workout, especially the arms. It will tone you up it's an all over body work out. I'm so happy with it, its given me a new boost of exercise motivation. And that can only be a positive .

This is not as good as an elliptical in a gym, BUT...
I've just got this today and unboxed and assembled it myself in 15 minutes, so that's pretty easy. I love the elliptical in my squash court but can only go when I can get childcare for a match and my home exercises were getting boring and I was finding myself snacking again 😱, so I thought I'd buy this (£99 at time of purchase) as a cheap replacement for the one I love. I wear a fitbit so I can give a rough comparison for you. Pros: - Folds - Can use at home and don't need childcare, though watch out if they wake unexpectedly, it's got quite a force to it if they walk into the back when you're midstride! On the one in the gym there's a back extension that you'd hit first, this there's nothing, so they don't see it coming by walking across. - Stomach pad is great for holding you in the right posture. I find it much harder to use without this. I was worried when I ordered as other reviews talked about having to abandon it as it wasn't right for their height. I'm 5'3" and have added a pic of where it sits on me. This is the lowest setting and cannot go lower. I find it perfect. - Good value for money. I think it might cost a bit less than the one at my gym 😝 Cons: - Heart rate. Wearing my fitbit on both my gym elliptical and this for half an hour each I can see that my heart rate gets no where near on this one. 175bpm high at the gym and 124bpm high here. Though to be fair I did stop once for a second to switch on Cocomelon to prevent the above flying child issue. - Calories. It says on my fitbit that I burnt 421 calories in half an hour on the gym cross trainer and 256 on this in the same time period. Some of this may be me adjusting, it's a very different machine and it's not really a cross trainer (moves differently). - Feel. Not sure if it's a pro or con yet but this feels so different from a cross trainer. Takes a while to get in the stride and I find I don't sweat till about 15 minutes in. - Not super sturdy. If you get really into it, it can move and does feel like it might topple. I might buy a grip mat for underneath to see if this combats the issue. In conclusion if you can't get to a better piece of equipment and want a budget option, I really like this. It gives me flexibility at home and I love that it folds. Pretty easily as well, you don't have to take things apart every time, just unlock and lock with 2 pins. I'd buy it again knowing what I know.

Great Machine definitely would recommend buying
I only brought this a few days ago. Really love this machine. I took off the support on your stomach so you can move your legs even further. I worked out when you move the arms on the machine. Push into it with your arms then you can feel your muscles working. I only brought this because it folds away easily. Would recommend this machine.

Great piece of kit & value for money
I read helpful reviews before buying. I'm 5ft 9ins & have joint problems & connective tissue disorder, so this low impact exercise is perfect for me as it doesn't put any joints under pressure nor stretch too much. I mainly wanted it to keep moving especially with winter weather coming. Taller people may find it a little short. Very easy assembly, no strength required. I'm 66 & it took me about 10 minutes to do as the bolts are pre-placed. Doesn't take up much space & is easy to use & track steps & time use. Very impressed.

A decent purchase but be aware of technique
Easy to put together, good clips on YouTube. Very squeaky, tried wd40 to no avail but not a big issue as I watch telly whilst doing it. BEWARE I INJURED MY CALVES FOR 4 DAYS BY NOT BENDING MY KNEES WHEN USING IT. Once you have a suitable technique you will be fine. I'm 5ft6, and lean back slightly and bend your knees but not on a political way. You get a mild sweat on after 20 mins, I don't go mad on it. Nice N easy does it. I don't use the stomach pad as it gets in the way. A good alternative to walking, it's heavy so I don't bother packing away every time. Very sturdy and well made.

Walking on Air
I am very pleased with the Sunny Air Walker. It is very easy to complete the assembly and you're ready to go! It folds up neatly to store too. It is very easy to use and you barely feel like you're exercising as it's so smooth running and virtually silent (no squeaks on my walker.) As you can use it indoors, you can watch the telly whilst exercising and the time flies. There's no real resistance, so it is a much more gentle exercise than say cross-training, but still gets you warmed up and your heart rate going. You feel the difference afterwards too, so even if you feel it's 'easy', it's still getting you active and the incentive to exercise is in it's simplicity and availability as it's easy to store indoors. I am very pleased with my purchase.

For starter indoor activity it is a great equipment and it is not expensive. At the same time it is well built so you don’t feel flimsy. It also can be stacked uptight with couple of interlocks to save a little space.

I've never been athletic, plus exercise must be minimally fun for me to stay with it. I wanted something to keep near my 'work station' in my home office, and that would allow 'no excuses' as far as weather, time of day, etc.. I had gotten out of shape and wanted something low impact (old knee, back and neck injuries) but effective enough to get me back to a decent level of fitness. The Sunny Air Walk Trainer is exactly what I was looking for. Took me about 10 minutes to assemble, was easy to do, machine seems very well constructed and sturdy. So far, I find it doesn't make any noise and operates smoothly. Note if you are short: I am just under 5 feet tall... I temporarily put the 'abdominal pad' in place, and got on the Trainer. The pad, at its lowest setting, hit my upper chest! Needless to say, I left the pad off. Seems like I would have had less freedom of movement with it on anyway, and I don't feel at all unstable without it. I work at home and have the Air Walk Trainer set up in my office. I do 12 minutes while watching a video on the computer while I'm exercising. I plan on working up to 20 minutes a day. Being 55 and sitting way too much for work, I started having a timer on my computer go off every 11 minutes whereupon I stand up and move around for a minute. This habit has made a big difference in how my joints and muscles feel at the end of the day. But now, my minute of 'moving around' is jumping back on the Air Walk Trainer for a minute (I use the timer on the computer that comes with the Trainer, which btw, seems to work fine). Sometimes I'll do 2-3 minutes... I find I just want to keep going. Doing this 5 times per hour, I get in quite a few more minutes of exercise by the end of the work day. For the money, this is a pretty awesome little machine that takes up very little space and does the job for someone my age (55), weight (115) and fitness level (medium low but now going up!). Some years back I had a Gazelle Elite which was okay... but it took up 2-3 times the space, the stride was too long for me, and the pedals were too far apart, causing hip pain. The Sunny Air Walk Trainer is just the right size for me. I love this thing! I had been walking outside but I definitely get a much better 'burn' and workout with the Air Walk Trainer. I'm convinced it's worth every penny and more, and that it give me a routine I can stick with on a daily basis!
