This is a great product and does excatly what it's supposed to. It has many different functions and the best bit of all, it can be set remotely with the app

No WiFi don't connect via the app also very slow to warm up not happy

I installed this towel rail a few hours ago, and it's already taken the chill off my bathroom as well as dried the towel. The instructions are poor, but there are many videos online that explain what you need to know. The heating element operates without the app, but Tuya provides more control. This might sound obvious, but there's no warning that the heating element must be installed while the rail is upside down. It's prefilled with treated water.

Great rail. Looking good but cannot find an application for that. Spend hours in the web and cannot find a clue

The towel rail is fine if you only want to use it manually. The app is the only way you can program it, and its less than useless. Ive spent hours trying to find the programmer controls, ive pressed every micro button on app and still never found it. When you down load the app you only have 30min to get the verification code and you can get it sent again. Ive had to open a new Gmail account to get it a second time. The paper instructions are diabolical. The writing is so small and some part I can't even read the writing is so small. I tried taking a photo to enlarge but the print quality is so poor it's to distorted to read. Really wouldn't buy again as I needed to be able to program.

Radiator looked nice but once connected did not heat. Seller suggested it was element and would replace it. I wanted a new one but heard nothing back so returned it! Poor communication.

I've just fitted thi towel rail and the heating element doesn't work just has er on it and no buttons work. I can get hold of the company!!!
