This product is not one for the faint hearted, but is an exceptional gift for any chilli enthusiast. Our 7 Pot Brainstrain Chilli puree can be used sparingly to add a trident punch to your cooking. Our high quality chillies are sourced from reputable and ethical suppliers, with full traceability. Our chillies are grown in Senegal, the UK and Spain and imported to Hampshire specifically for us. We have never seen or received fresher, better looking chillies. The salt we use is a pure unadulterated sea salt from the Atlantic ocean sourced from a UK supplier. There's no iodine or anti caking agents involved. The vinegar is from an established UK producer. It's a top quality cider vinegar with no sulphites or additives. It's fruity and flavourful. no harsh acids here. We barrel ferment our chillies in our custom built kitchen (5* food standards agency certified) in Hampshire, UK.
