Good Heart Health Support
These supplements for my heart health are very easy for me to take and the dosage is easy to understand. I like that they are nice and easy for me to swallow because the tablets are quite small. I think that they are quite effective and they have good quality ingredients. There’s no horrible smell or odd taste to them either which is good. The value for money is great because there is a huge quantity of them and they do last a long time. I do recommend them.

Easy to take and good quality
Good quality product and in this tablet form it is very easy to take in comparison to many supplements with large capsules. I started taking this having read about the benefits for heart health specifically, I haven’t really been taking this long enough to understand whether it has lowered my blood pressure or cholesterol for example (as two purported benefits), but I’m due for an MOT in a month so it will be interesting to see if there’s any changes!

Looks like pressed powder but ingredients list hpmc plant shell
I’ve been taking nattokinase for approximately a year and personally find it much better for me than taking probiotics.This arrives in a letterbox friendly resealable packet and the tablets themselves are very small, so I’m confident they will be easy to take (I will take them once I finish the others I’m currently taking)The ingredients are listed on the back as you see in the photo, there is maltodextrin which is highly processed and if I understand correctly, is a sugar ? And it also says there is a plant shell ? I’m not sure what this means since the tablets look like pressed powder to me without a shell as I understand it.Since I don’t understand what the manufacturer means with capsule I’m giving this 4 stars.
