I gotta admit, when I ordered this tiny cheap clothing steamer off of Amazon in a last-ditch effort to get the wrinkles out of the "dry-clean only" wedding dress I ordered used on eBay (which arrived less than a week before my wedding), I wasn't expecting much. I bought 2 whole gallons of distilled water, just in case, and fully expected to spend 3-5 hours trying to steam my dress. What actually happened is that I spent less than an hour, used less than a quart of distilled water, and somehow got every single huge wrinkle out of my beautiful bridal gown. See my photos for the before and after. Definitely impressed, and very happy with this last-minute purchase. I'm sure I will be using this little guy for years to come. I think this might be a must-have for someone like me who is too lazy to learn how to iron, and who also has lots of wrinkly delicate clothes that can't even be ironed anyway. Highly recommend. Bought this item during a sale promotion so I was a bit skeptical of how well this product would be. But my husband & I use it a lot and has not disappointed us. Steams our wrinkles out of our clothes very well and fast. Husband wears big & tall clothes so he was impressed how quick it took to get his shirts & pants to look suitable for work. It's the perfect hand held steamer with a long enough cord to get that professional ironing function look. Would purchase again if I needed to.

Works pretty well, and holds as much water as some competitor products I’ve used in the past. It serves its purpose of removing wrinkles, but the only thing is, unlike one of the steamers I used in the past, this one takes a while to heat up the water before I can use.

Great steamer! It really puts out a lot of steam and makes the steaming job go quickly. My only complaints, now that I have operated this steamer, is that there isn't an on/off button. The only way to turn the unit on or off is by unplugging. The cord is more than long enough, but that's another factor to consider. The cord can, and does, get in the way while you are steaming. Next time I'm going cordless with an on/off button. Otherwise this steamer is more than adequate!

After receiving it, I connected it to the power supply and started using it. I felt that the amount of steam was too little to have a significant effect on my clothes. After using it for a while, I suddenly noticed that the connection to the power supply had been changed and it couldn't function properly anymore. I simply couldn't accept that I received a defective product.

I needed something easy to use that didn’t take a long time to heat up. This came in handy and works great!
