After using more than a week I must say this is the perfect pillow for cervical or spondylosis patient as it supports neck very efficiently and reduces neck pain. It is light weight and very comfortable. Must have for peaceful sleep

I provided my bank details to Amazon for a refund, but they did not refund the amount to my bank account but instead to their own account, providing me credits. This is unethical business practice by Amazon. Do they want to earn using customers' refund money? I'll write to the statutory authorities about not receiving my refund in my bank account.
