I decided to try the Solgar Collagen Hyaluronic Acid Complex Tablets in the hope that they would support my skin health and help with recovery after exercise. I have only been taking them for a little while, so it is hard to say yet whether they are definitely working — but so far, I am happy to continue using them. The tablets are quite large, which I noticed straight away, but surprisingly I found them easy to swallow with water, which is a bonus. They seem to be relatively good value for money considering the ingredients and brand reputation. I bought these to help with joint pain and to hydrate my skin from within. They helped with this as well as making my hair seem softer and shiny, my nails grew and my skin felt plumped. I suffer from dry and sore eyes and this also went away while taking these tablets. The disadvantage is I noticed I suddenly had a lot of water retention! I won’t be taking these long term and have stopped them for now to see if it goes away. The tablets are also quite large so if you can’t swallow big tablets then give this some thought. I might try just collagen without the Hyaluronic acid to see if the water retention gets better.

When you get sent the correct ones, these work REALLY well. Even with helping soooo much with pain in shoulder, neck and back. BUT I continually get sent a bottle without a box, that are red tablets. The legitimate ones are blue and boxed. I can tell the difference with how they work. It's astonishing. The seller needs to make sure that we get what is advertised!

I bought this and ovcasionally use it. Its expiry date is 2026. I took a tablet today and thought thats unusual, thet tablets are blue. Anywho, took one and almost choked on it because they are so big! And looked up online to see which color they are aupposed to be and it says Brown. Will I be ok??

Este de Solgar es un producto de altísima calidad, con una composición de calidad. No es barato, pero la salud no tiene precio. Al ser en capsulas es muy fácil de ingerir, aúnque son algo grandes te acostumbras rápido. El bote viene completamente precintado, algo que me ha gustado como detalle. Se notan los resultados a los 15 o 20 días. Recomiendo combinarlo con la fórmula "Piel, pelo y uñas".

After a few weeks, I taking this for at least a year with no side effects. I have dry skin; this helps with the underlying moisture, making my skin plump & more resilient. What I didn't expect is easing of joint pain with my knee. I dislocated my knee years ago & it at times it hurt. That stop after a few weeks of taking this supplement. I even have better movement. It's a larger pill & the lavender coating really helps make sure it's dissolves in the right place to be effective. For those that have trouble swallowing large pills this maybe an issue. For me it's worth the money, it works. While it's not a cure all, the joint benefit is enough for me.
