These are excellent little brushes for little jobs around the home. The different types mean you can select one for your particular job. I keep them stored in the original package in my garden shed. They don't get a lot of use but it is nice to have them available for the little jobs that crop up. They clean things well and I am delighted with them. The bristles are stiff but that is what is needed or else it would not clean well. They don't reach far but they are only small so you can't expect that. They are intended for small jobs. They seem quite durable as still in good condition after a few uses.

For this price this kit has everything you want. I've used the nylon brush to clean up some old gunk and the steel brush to remove some rust. Worked well and also good quality.

Really good quality brushes for rust and such like removal

The brass and steel brushes are well made but the nylon brush is not sturdy enough. I am going to have to buy another to compensate. Nice handle grips though. The brushes overall could have been slightly longer, so you could give it some welly and get the job done well. Honestly, look elsewhere.

These are gentle enough not to damage the surface, but adequate for any rust staining thats developed

I've used mainly the steel and nylon brushes when working on my car brake and suspension parts. The nylon brush is good for cleaning dirt out of small/tight spaces without scratching the surface. The steel brush is also good for small spaces but don't try to use it to clean all the rust off brake discs, rotors and suspension arms...you'll wear the brush out before you know it. Buy a bigger brush with longer, stronger steel bristles. As far as value goes...it's ok. I think I could have gotten it cheaper elsewhere but maybe it would have taken longer to arrive.
