My company decided to change our PCs to these tiny 15 inch notebooks without giving us an option to opt out. I have bad eyesight and the tiny screen was giving me headaches and eye strain. I have two other monitors in addition to it but still have to use the notebook screen because my work requires switching from multiple apps simultaneously. This has been a significant help with my tiny screen. It is a fresnel lense so you have concentric circles and some loss of light and sharpness due to the magnification. I use a desklamp to increase the brightness and you just have to get used to the fresnel. This product sits in front of the notebook keyboard so it's not usuable but I have a seperate wired keyboard and this wasn't an issue for me. I would recommend this product but I'm not sure that the price point is exactly right it seems a bit expensive for what you're getting.

I purchased this about six weeks ago for my mother, she lives out of state so I was just able to get it to her. Its okay,, we put it on her computer screen, it does make the writing somewhat larger and she doesn't have to squint however she does have to lean forward. Its plastic so I don't know if that's the difference because I had one for my computer and it was glass and it worked well. I am going to try to find her a different one.
