This green powder has the taste of most health food green drinks and it is not the best. However, I found it blended great in other drinks and was not too bad to take. It comes as pictured.

There is a powerful load of green and red super food powders. There is also a blast of probiotics and anti-inflammatory extracts. BUT the price for 30 servings is not sustainable for me. Seems high. The other thing that concerned me is the little note at the bottom that there are 5 billion live colony forming units AT THE TIME OF MANUFACTURING.

I've been taking this for a little over 2 weeks now and I will admit, the look and smell of this stuff isn't pleasing at all. You really have to make yourself want to use it in a smoothie or other kind of drink. The taste on the other hand isn't that bad. Now, for the results so far. I've noticed a bit of increase in energy and a bit more mental clarity as well. Maybe it's just mind games or something but if that's all it takes is some powder in my drink in the morning, I'm on board!

I was really surprised to read the label of this Nation Health Superfood powder & discover just how much is included. I've used plenty of other green powders & so has my Dad. He's really the better "connoisseur" lol. There is all kinds of great things in this. Fruits & vegetables, other beneficial greens & proteins, probiotics & anti-inflammatory ingredients. My Dad & I had been using a diff superfood powder made by a certain karate-kicking Texas ranger. It's a good product as well, & a lot of overlap, but there is far more included in this. Because we had just been using a different powder, I felt like I could really compare the 2 & judge this product adequately. He's been using it as well, I gave him about 1/2 to take home & try. This is not going to be a life changing product, especially if you think this is where you'll get all your good nutritious stuff then eat whatever the rest of the day. However, when I'm paying attention to my diet & staying active I absolutely find this gives me an extra boost of energy I need. It's made to help support a healthy lifestyle & make it even more so. I add it to water in the morning & just shake it up. My Dad puts his on oatmeal & mixes it in, he said it tastes good that way, that it adds an earthy flavor to the oats. You definitely know you're drinking a green drink if added to water. There is a little bit of fruity lemonade taste to it, & that makes it tolerable. I've definitely had powders that taste better. I know what you taste is not artificial flavors, it's the inclusion of yummy fruits in the product & it doesn't claim to have any specific flavor on the container, so I do appreciate that part. The taste of the greens is what they were going for. I've been trying to loose some weight & this does help me with energy in the morning & a full feeling. I'm sure the glass of water I drink with it helps also & that's another benefit. If I use 1/2 a scoop with a full glass of water in the AM & then do the same thing later in the day, I just drank 20-25 more oz of water than I normally world have. I do think I've lost more weight since starting this as well. It helps me get into a healthier mindset, where I start the day with something good for me, & so I want to keep going in that direction during the rest of my day & not "ruin it" with a bunch of unhealthy high calorie things later or no exercise. This has no dairy or gluten, but things I've found can trigger issues with my gut & my PCOS. It's also vegan. I also believe this is helping to make my gut more regular. I didn't have issues in that area per-say, but stress definitely could cause gut weirdness. I haven't had that happen since using this. I think this is probably a bit pricey for some. There are great things inside, but that means it's a bit expensive, though there are higher priced products out there for sure. I will absolutely finish up this jar or powder & I'm about 70% sure I'll get another. I do think this has health benefits & is an easy way to add more nutrition to your diet.

I've taken many greens and reds nutritional powders over the years and recently started this Nation Health MD Greens Superfood Powder. This is a pretty comprehensive formulation including, a greens blend, a reds blend, probiotics, prebiotics and digestive enzymes. It's Vegan and Non-GMO and free of gluten, soy, dairy with no artificial additives or preservatives. There is no added sugar, only additionally sweetened with stevia. It tastes great and mixes easily. Just one 4 gram scoop a day. I have enjoyed including it in smoothies, juice or even cold water and drink. This product is manufactured here in the USA using foreign and US ingredients. If you would like to up the support of your gut and overall wellness, consider this comprehensive easy to enjoy powder.

I couldn't get past the look and the smell of this product to be able to test it out. I will need to try another method of getting these nutrients.

The flavor of this green drink is very mild compared to most. It isn't good, but it isn't bad either. You get a unique blend that has a lot of potential benefits. The key is potential. The amount you get is too little. The dosage is too little to truly be effective. I did the research and it doesn't add up. You are paying a premium for diluted ingredients that don't have any scientific backing at the dosages you get here. The exception being the probiotics. I wouldn't spend my money here.

I don't expect things like this to smell or taste good, but I don't even know if I'll be able to make myself taste it to find out. It smells like fish food. I am going to have to research some things I could add to this to enjoy the health benefits but avoid the taste. I might try it with some mio or crystal light water additives. It does come with a scoop, but it is inside the container. I wish it would have been packaged separately so I didn't have to dig for it. For the smell and the scoop, I am only going to give this 3 stars for now. I will update it if I notice any benefits and if the taste is not awful once I bring myself to try it.
