First: I’m impressed with the packaging, it was lined with a wood type of sheet, and all pieces were strapped together. Second: it was so quick and easy to put together, the instructions were straight forward and nuts and bolts were the easiest ever, for example they were all put together and labeled: step 1, step 2, step 3 etc. Took less than an hour. Third: works so well. Even my kid used it.Plus it came quicker than anticipated ❤️.

Easy installation and doesn’t take up a lot of room. It is gym quality and range of motion is awesome

The media could not be loaded. Box was a little banged up as expected with equipment weighing this much. Packaging within was wrapped with care. Extra nuts bults and tools included. Highly recommended. Update last pic shows adjustment I would recommend. Not sure why most of these machines have long rubber cones makes no sense. Works perfect now.

Too bad! It doesn't have enough opening, it can't hold much weight. I don't recommend it.

The media could not be loaded. As we age we must keep our glute strong along with our Thighs hamstrings and calves muscles. We do this to keep walking running and biking. A strong body will help in reducing the chance of a falling that may break our hip bone. The connecting rods even out the swing arms. Just rotate them. If they come off from turning easily take off the nut and reinsert and screw on and reconnect.

I’m updating my review after customer service reached out and offered an amicable solution.The machine is great once it’s built. Take your time and make a lots of the bottom main supports. There are larger holes on the outside of the main frame bars that are about 1”. Those must be on the outsides. Secondly, the main crossbar supports tend to strip, so take your time and make sure you have all the pieces lined up correctly and if the bolt won’t thread correctly, start over. If you strip it, you can re tap it and fix the threads on the screw, but grade 8 hardware would fix some these issues I believe. The screw metal is very soft and the tip of the screw will break off even when hand tightening if you aren’t careful.All in all, take your time and reach out to the company if there is an issue. Customer service was very helpful.I’m only leaving a review on the actual setup of the machine. The instructions were clearly translated from Chinese, very poorly. VERY POORLY. Pay attention to the pieces that come. The instructions are not clear. The base has specific sides, but it does not tell you that. The holes for the mid support cross bar strip easily and desperately want to cross thread. Unacceptable. I had to drill out a broken bolt twice and re tap it twice to get one in there that I had to cut some length off the spare parts bag screws in order to get it to work.Also, because they didn’t stipulate that the base sides have a definite left and right, I got it almost completely together and realized the base supports were on the wrong sides. So I had to take it completely apart and put it back together. This should’ve been a 30 minute assembly. It took several hours because of poor design. I’m genuinely not happy about the instructions. I build things all the time and I’ve never had as much trouble as I’ve had with this setup. Had I known and not had to doctor the machine to get it set up I would’ve never bought this. It’s painful. If you don’t have technical expertise, this assembly will make you want to rip your hair out.

this is the best workout. feels good on the lower body. machine operates very smooth, and and takes up very little space at home.
