Really good product, simple to construct, my son loves it ! Especially the back massage cushion

A lovely chair. It was easy enough to assemble (took me around 25 minutes) and is much neater and comfortable than my last. I wanted a fabric gaming chair as my old one was leather and became quite uncomfortable. My old one was also super noisy whether it creaked or the sound of the wheels on wooden floor, this one is much quieter. The baby pink colour also looks nice with the rest of my set up! The size is perfect too, my only complaint is to Amazon for not notifying me it was delivered to a neighbour (they usually let me know), however I was able to see a DPD tracking number and they notified me that it was delivered next door.

Fantastic, absolutely fantastic.

We're really not sure why there were so many negative reviews on this one. We read most of the reviews, focussing on the negative in particular but decided to take the risk ordering this a s a replacement for my wife's old chair. When received, 2 days earlier than expected, which was good for us, via DPD, it was well packaged and easy to put together. I can see why some might struggle with the instructions if they're not used to putting furniture together but it took less than 30 minutes for us to do. Our initial thoughts were the colours are far more vibrant than the pictures do it justice. My wife loved the pink. The foot rest was mentioned in some reviews as being weak and a bit flimsy but the wife has found it fine when she uses it and it easily held my weight too at 95kg without any issues. The vibrate function is pretty strong too albeit a bit annoying to have to have a wire being plugged in via USB to power it. The only real negative comment we have is the cushion on the backboard is a little thin and you can feel the board if you press against it hard enough but that's not something the wife tends to do.

It's a good chair but for the money you pay you would expect no broken parts in there, might be just the unlucky one but the cover of the gas cylinder is absolutely bended and cracked multiple places, basically unusable. Other than that, easy to assemble.

Only reason I’d rate this chair 2 stars is because it looks amazing but the comfort is horrid. So hard and uncomfortable, waste of my money.

I definitely recommend this item it very nice and comfortable for me to use my gaming wheel games that I have got for my console 😊
