I’ve been taking these Myo-Inositol gummies for two months now. At first, I didn’t believe they would make a difference. I thought as a gummy, they were very tasty and had lots of good vitamins and supplements. Only issue for me was it reacted negatively with my body, I had an itchy rash/hives appear around my elbows and thighs. It’s probably some kind of hormonal sensitivity since I’ve been on birth control for my PCOS, and maybe the inositol might’ve triggered a crazier imbalance? Like if the BC is meant to somewhat stabilize things, and then the inositol is also trying to, it could’ve very well just been my body confused. Anyways, I gave them to my mom, who has PCOS and not on BC, and they worked a lot better for her without any rash. Just a heads up if anyone believes they may have an intolerance/sensitivity in general to these kinds of things.
