Defective instrument
Received and tested this product three times on April 9, 2025, it gave HB 5.5,2.5 and 6.4, seeing this I had to rush to lal path and within 3 hours got the report which gave my HB 9.3. It simply means the instrument is not working properly and the results are not reliable. On submitting complaint I am told the product was delivered in good condition so can't be returned and nothing can be done.

Inaccurate readings
Screen had multiple scratches and a crack.... Since the item was non returnable, tried it. Gave us a scare low reading. Inaccurate reading via this device, we cross checked by doing cbc.
