This bag might not look very big, but a child and small teen can fit in it easily. It comes with a pump and is easily pumped up. The pressure will hold up in this and it can be shared by kids. The chairs are awesome. They are soft to the touch and hold their air. They were easy to fill up with the pump that came it.

I've now gotten several inflatable furniture items from this brand, and they all seem to be kid-favorites. This peapod chair is super cute and is the most compact, and provides a cozy, semi-private place for kids to read and also to just rest or lie down. I plan to gift this to a family with young children, along with a few books that they can snuggle up with. Like the other toggloo inflatables I've gotten, this comes with a small electric pump, which works decently well (and has several adapters, so can be used with other inflatables). There are three different air pockets that you need to pump (bottom and two sides); I found it easiest to pump the bottom first. The chair takes almost no time to inflate and deflate, and takes up little space when deflated. This makes it fairly portable; if your child gets attached to it, you can take it with you in your car for a road trip or pack it away in your luggage (though it's heavier than its folded-up volume might suggest). It's also nice to have on hand for visiting kids or as extra seating for playmates, even if you don't have it out all the time. The material is a medium weight pvc-type plastic, with a soft velvety surface. With hindsight, I should have gotten a color other than black; I think kids generally prefer something more colorful. I can't speak to longevity yet, but I don't expect this to last forever, as I wouldn't with any plastic inflatable. The instructions could be better. Make sure you pick the right adapter for the pump. It helps to take a few minutes to ensure the adapter is connected properly to the valve and not to rush it; the pumping itself takes almost no time. This is a nice deal at the current price of $39.99, marked down from the list price of $49.99. The list price is also fair, but I wouldn't pay much more than that.

Received a product with a missing plug and a slight rip at the end where others have noted. Quality looked okay, but obviously did not meet my expectations.
