This powder works great. I have some recipes that use this powder and they are a wonderful low carb alternative to powdered milk. The flavor is good and I’ve also used it in coffee and cocoa. It is really handy for creamer when we go camping as well. I am experimenting with this product. It seems to blend well and is handy if I am out of fresh heavy cream.

Mixed with water, this cream powder initially has a slight powdered milk taste, but the cream flavor comes through a while after mixing. The flavor is awesome and it performs just like heavy cream. I love the flavor and the way it tastes in coffee. Tried putting some dry directly in hot coffee and it had some small clumps initially, but they broke down decently. The lumps were not a deal breaker. Also tried the cream mixed with water in sauces. It's awesome! Overall I like this product and look forward to purchasing more.
