SIZE UP! The shoe is gorgeous and it is definitely very sturdy. It was originally a tight fit for me at my normal shoe size, I sized up by 1 and it fits and feels great 😊

Must have for weight lifting!
Super comfortable. I can feel the raised heel which is awesome for squats and deadlifts. Cheaper and price friendly alternative to the Metcon 9’s. I wouldn’t recommend running long distance or at all for that matter because, for me, the heel feels a bit heavy compared to running shoes. The color combination is eye catching. All around a great lifting shoe.

Wow! The BSR4 shoes are surely the most confortable yet. I had the 1 and 2 but wow! Amazing ankle support! And of course, the look! I love the flashy red!
