I would have to hold my hip pressure point when walking up hill. I would say 90%difference using this band for walking trails every day. Comfortable, not obvious and it works for my sciatica pain.

I have sciatica on both sides and a lower back issue, I have about 5 different compression tools and belts and I have been using on that does this part but halfway up my back, but this little guy is easily hidden, and I can't believe it works perfectly.. I'm like what is this gonna do when I opened it and wow! Works fantastic!

The elastic doesn't stretch out, the velcro stays good for a long time, this is the 2nd belt I've bought in the past 3 years because I wanted an extra. It has helped with my low back pain that my neurosurgeon feels is due to SI pain

I bought this brace 2 months ago, and lately the velcro doesn't want to hold it in place. I try to put it, and it doesn't stick, so the brace falls and I can't wear it. Is there a way you could send me a replacement please????? It really helped me and can't live without it, but is not working anymore, and it has ONLY been 2 months?

On the days I don’t wear it I suffer with sciatica pain in the evening. I use it in place of a belt and fashion be damned. I’d rather feel better!
