This product is the best on the market and worth the cost. My fences have looked great for years with a treatment every 5 to 7 years or so. Plus unlike high pressure cleaning, it doesn't remove the pine wood treatment meaning it is clean but not exposed to termite damage.

I applied it to my patio, fencing, and the side of the house where mould and green algae always build up. All I had to do was spray it on and leave it — no scrubbing, no pressure washing, nothing. Within a couple of days I could already see the difference, and after a week the surfaces looked like new. It works exactly as promised and keeps the area looking clean for months.
