I originally bought this as a gift for my partner, but it was so soft and comfortable that I decided to buy one for myself! I have a small head so I was worried there wouldn't be enough velcro for me to get a snug fit, but it's perfect! My partner has a pretty big head lol and it fits him well, so I'd say it will accommodate most head sizes. I like how it is a free-moving fabric instead of the sculpted, padded eye masks that I have had in the past because it packs more easily for travel and I can wash it with the rest of my laundry without any worries. As a result though it does put more pressure over your eyes, so if you're trying to protect your makeup it might not work well for that. I move a lot in my sleep and I had no issues with it slipping and sliding down my face or getting my hair caught in the velcro. I sleep on my back, stomach, and side, and it's comfortable in all positions.

First off, this mask feels and looks high end. The material is soft and has just enough weight to not feel cheap but not so heavy it’s uncomfortable or hot when wearing it. It blocks the light really effectively, but if your eyes are open and you shift around you may see light from the nose area. This isn’t a a problem if you sleep with your eyes closed. My favorite aspect is that it’s NOT STRETCHY! There’s no elastic at all, so it won’t get stretched out like other eye masks. The Velcro is very secure but it’s not “traditional” Velcro and isn’t rough textured and won’t snag your hair or bedding. If I ever need another, I’ll definitely be re-ordering!

This mask is soft cotton and covers very well. I always sleep with a mask because any light hinders my sleep. I used to work night shift and I depended on these for daytime sleep.
