Impressive Piece of Equipment.
Impressive piece of equipment.I’ve been using the ProForm Elliptical Cross Trainer for a week now, and overall, I’m really impressed. It’s sturdy, quiet, and offers a smooth, low-impact workout that’s easy on the knees—ideal for daily cardio sessions at home. Feels solid and well-built—doesn’t wobble during use, Magnetic resistance is smooth and near-silent, Good range of resistance levels for varied workouts, The built-in programmes and iFit compatibility keep workouts interesting. The iFit subscription is a real bonus and compliments your workout perfectly. Great price too! Highly recommend this product.

Wow!,, But?
Hi. I thought the best way to review was pros & cons. So..here’s our experience of the new arrival to our family.Pros…Clear easy to follow (with one exception) instructions…Assembly was fairly straightforward (with two exceptions)…In use the trainer is rock solid and almost silent and although it is a substantial piece of kit it looks good, worksvery well and fits neatly into its allotted space…Although it has no inbuilt programmes of its own there is a array of buttons on the console that offer a significantrange of resistance plus there is a timer and you can easily/manually adjust resistance at a touch…There’s a free? one year subscription to ifit if that’s your thing.Cons…The box it arrives in is big and heavy (two men delivered) and the box is very well packed and robust. If you haveanything other that carpet on your floors be sure to lift or drag it on something like a big towel to its assemblypoint or the staples holding the box together will destroy your floor. My recommendation is to stand the box onIts side and follow the clearly marked “cut here” sign. This will allow you to drop the front of the box and slideeverything out with minimum fuss (lottsa packaging)…Clear instructions and two good quality Allen key’s provided for assembly ( you’ll need a Phillips driver) part ofthe instructions tell you to use four 22mm screws. Only screws in the package are marked 25mm and we huntedfor half an hour for the 22mm but ended up using the 25mm. We didn’t notice each part is marked in size andquantity but also the stage of assembly. Our fault? anyway that’s in the cons…When installing the wiring into the front tube you have to feed the wire up the pipe to meet the connector forconsole/screen however, there is a crossbar in the way and if like me you don’t/can’t find that gap you’ll be therefor a while.A little disappointed it doesn’t have its own preset programmes, the idea seems to be to encourage you to theIfit app but like I said there’s a bucket load of resistance available without spending more money…Last but not least, the treads/footplates are substantially made but quite narrow and unlike my three previouselliptical trainers the outer edge is open with no edging to prevent your foot slipping off. Sounds trivial but Iwould respectfully suggest it’s not. Best to know this if you’re the type who drifts into another world when you’reworking out. I also think it’s a little expensive even at the sale price. I wouldn’t have bought it at the RRP…Overall…A well made machine well fit for purpose, almost silent in operation, very stable and with the option for real variable resistance.even with my moans I’m glad I bought it and am looking forward to lottsa use from it. Sorry for the waffle hopethis helps.

Poor product, poor customer support
The media could not be loaded. Fantastic piece of equipment I have used it almost every day for 2 months and not had any issue until a knocking started to occur, found one of the bushes has cracked to the handle. For nearly a week I have tried contacting the supplier but their customer support team doesn't seem to exist as I haven't been able to speak to anyone that isn't AI yet, due to this I have been without it for almost 7 days which is really frustrating therefore only giving this a 1 star, had I known the equipment would break after 2 months of use and the non existence of customer support I wouldn't of even looked at this item.

Good quality with engaging iFit workouts
Impressed with the sturdiness of the machine and the additional ifit workout library. Defintely a good value for money.

Sturdy elliptical with easy interface
I bought this to replace a sub £500 elliptical which rocked about when exercising ( I’m 80kg and 180cm). This is much better and replicates what you would expect in the gym. It took about a hour and a half to build and the instructions were clear. The build quality is excellent and the weight keeps it rock steady when exercising. The interface is simple and does all that I need, but you can pair it to the IFIT App if you want to do complicated programs. However, there is no need for any subscription to use it out of the box.
