Defect product
I bought this chair recently, but unfortunately it arrived with a defect. The handle/armrest adjustment is not working properly and cannot be adjusted as described. Because of this, the chair is uncomfortable to use. I expected better quality for the price. Please check the product before delivery.

Good design but poor build quality
The design of the product seems to be pretty good, but when it comes to having quality components, it’s not worth the price. Ease of assembly : 1/5, this reading is primary because of low quality of components, looks like they used in injection moulding of very, very low quality Noise level initially non, but after few months of usage it makes noise Comfort, I would give 3.5 on 5, the cushion is very comfy, and so is the back rest net Stability I would give 4 on 5

Poor shipping / poor services
Sent broken product. I wanted it ASAP as I am struggling with back pain, and they sent a broken one. Now m sitting here waiting for my new chaie which'll take another 7 days. I recommend users to go for a better brand who can ship product properly
