Great purchase for working out at home 🏠
As soon as it arrived, the setup was super quick. This mat makes my 400W treadmill practically silent. I was able to walk while working from home without my family even noticing. The vibration absorption is excellent, and the remote control makes it easy to change speeds without having to bend down. Very happy with the quality and performance.

This is more than a product review. It’s life impacting.
Why 5 stars? Because it more than met my expectations. I have a Lift Desk, in my 50’s and have a desk job. You get the drift. Initially my review is more about using something like this rather than this actual product so hang in there. After a month of using this there are some surprising outcomes: -initially I actually had trouble walking straight without a hand-grab onto my desk here and there and after a week the most simple thing you might think of (walking a straight line with perfect foot timing) became my norm. —I like this so much I carry it downstairs from my home office to be in front of my TV. This is weird to even say but I can look anywhere around me and maintain a straight line. —I didn’t mention I’m an avid backpacker so I should be able to walk a straight line right? Well, not so much so I’ve seen. So I’m not coming at this from a couch potato position. I also strength train 3-4 days per week, using heavy free weights. —I have a less-than great walking profile where I sometimes drag my foot. This has almost cost me huge injuries hiking in tough terrain: —-since using this (I’m sure it’s true of ALL such devices) my gait and footfall is nearly perfect. —-after backpacking so many years I developed Morton’s Neuroma. I found out the hard way how to properly manage your footwear while hiking. This has reduced that pain a lot. ——-why do I care about this? My father literally died from multiple falls for this same trait of scraping his feet, but when he was over 80, it was deadly. I wanted to correct myself before I got near that age. 80 Is no longer that old-at least IMO. I don’t care to just live long, I want to live as a mobile, active person. So far so good. About the device: —-I found my sweet spot at 3.2 mph and it has been flawless, however… ——I needed to adjust the roll drifting to one side using the included Allen wrench and after a week of use I needed to lubricate the rollers ———seemed much earlier than necessary but the directions on adjusting these things and the included lube and wrench fixed this. I haven’t had to adjust for three weeks and counting. ——-I’m averaging 5 miles a day and a big part of that is while working and using a keyboard and mouse of course. After getting my gait straight this is not an issue at all. In fact, I have a ton of energy throughout the work day and lost weight which wasn’t a desired outcome when I went into this: —-my coworker heard a light, droning sound while we spoke on Microsoft Teams when I had this at 3.2 mph, but it was so little (I didn’t tell her I was using this). I turned it to 2.5 and she could no longer hear. I was using the microphone included in my webcam so I had little background noise reduction. So it’s quiet enough. It’s only been a bit more than a month so five stars is at this moment. I may be using it more than typical. I also enjoy it and often forget I’m using it. I made my Apple Watch finally STFU, as I am exceeding all goals a computer told me I needed to meet. That’s cool. One of our cats is also enamored with this thing and figured out how to use it; all she wanted was to lay under my feet but our “chunky monkey”gets her own workout when I’m not using it. I just slow it down and step away and watch her go.

Solid (With Some Caveats)
I've owned and used this for a couple months now, typically for about an hour or so a day. After getting a more expensive walking pad for home, I bought this one specifically for working in the office because it's relatively light compared to most other models making it easy to move around as you need. The relative short length of it is fine, as well, unless you're going full speed and not focusing on where your feet are. The vibration feature is nice but I admittedly don't use it much. The affordable price is unfortunately reflected in its somewhat poor design, specifically in the case of one of the two belts associated with the motor. Because the wheel and connecting piece on the inner wall are made from plastic, they tend to warp over time with use and heat. Plus the motor belt moves a bit crooked between the two wheels by design because of their locations. These together will make the thinner of the two belts, the one which is directly attached to the motor piece, come slightly off of the wheel to where it will still work but probably start to wear that belt down faster, not to mention cause that annoying clicking sound some have cited. To get it back on the wheel, you've got to push down on the outside-side of that belt while the walking pad is shut off and guide it back on the wheel in this case. I find if you turn the speed up quickly it has a greater chance of slipping off its wheel, so keep that in mind. I've also had to spray a shot of WD-40 under that same belt while it's going at a slow speed to stop another somewhat annoying sound. TL/DR - It's good and quiet if you take care of it. I wish they made the wheels and especially the inside frame the wheels connect to out of metal to deter warping as over time I'm sure this thing will warp beyond repair or practical use. Be ready to make some adjustments/fixes on this walking pad like I described above, as well. Keep it off of carpets when using it (I put down some cardboard on top of my carpet to give the motor and fan some clearance), and make sure you get the extended warranty as I'm sure you'll need it like I will before too long. **Update** I got my first E-7 Surge Protection error when using it today. It stopped abruptly and wouldn't turn back on save for the message. I flipped it over and found the same problem belt (which I described above) which comes partially off now and again came off a bit more than I had seen before. Turned it off and unplugged it and it took more doing than normal but I worked it back on while I manually moved the pad. Works again as expected and this doesn't affect my rating, but if anyone runs into that error, check that little belt by the motor to see if it's roughly half off like mine was to work it back on.

Great walking pad — perfect for apartment use
This is an excellent choice for apartment living. The treadmill is compact, doesn’t take up much space, and is very easy to store when not in use. It fits perfectly into a small apartment without feeling bulky or intrusive. I really like how quiet it is — I can use it daily without worrying about noise. It’s very convenient for walking while working or just staying active throughout the day. The controls are simple, everything works smoothly, and the overall build quality feels solid and reliable. It’s been a great addition to my daily routine and makes it much easier to stay active at home. Overall, I’m very happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a compact and apartment-friendly walking treadmill.

Est muy práctica. Yo la utilizo para caminar hacia atrás y me ha funcionado muy bien el final utilizo un poco la opción de vibración y me relaja los músculos de las piernas. Es una buena compra

Not the same with what is posted. It does not incline.
