Excellent. I'll keep this short. I blew my knee out (separated meniscus and upper calf muscle). I have been using this for 7 days. First - nothing bad at all with the brace - just my knee. This is excellent, cost effective and built like a tank. Below are a list of positive things based on my experience: - provides necessary rotational rigidity and vertical support - fully adjustable knee bend range and degree of bend. Controls work great but you need to understand them. Example: the red lock switch locks the position you select in place - it does not lock the settings (as I initially thought) - It requires a little initial setup to adjust the straps to the diameter of your calf and thigh - It becomes easy to put on once set up and you get used to it. I can put it on now in a minute. Best if you put you leg straight on a bed or a couch. Then simple align to your knee and strap on. Done. - The padding and cushions work well for me. It is comfortable in short pants on your skin even in Texas heat. You may need to ensure the Velcro strap is aligned right so the edges don't chaff your skin. Agaon, with practice, you become an expert. It's also easy to adjust the strap length during the day for comfort. I have never needed to use the shoulder brace - it does not slip

Great brace! Allowed me to function and offered me good stability and kept my knee from moving side to side, along with allowing me to limit my knee extension. I would recommend this to anyone that may need experiencing knee problems and in need of support. This brace has the ability to fit smaller and larger framed people. Easy to operate and adjust. Price is fair and it is the same brand and quality brace as you would get from many physicians offices! I was able to even wear it under my jeans and work pants. If you’re on the fence about this one, buy it and you will not be disappointed.

very good brace. been wearing it a lot, but less since my leg has pretty much recovered. takes some time to learn how to quickly get this on each time, then your a pro. use the neck strap, you can most likely wear under your pants. I did not think it would fit but it does for most of my pants.

This is a good brace. Easy to use no issues using it.

Incredibly sturdy, easy to custom fit and tinker with. It does slide down depending what youre wearing and how tight youre strapping the bottom and top loops but the fact that its TRULY a one size fits all makes up for it. I have big thighs and it is so hard to find braces that fit or truly adjust. This was fits perfectly and provides the relief and support I desperately need.

HUGE design flaw. There are bolts on the upper inner and outer thighs for the shoulder straps. These have the removable plastic triangle attachments that would go to the strap. These problem is that even with the triangle piece off, the bolt rubs the inner thigh with every step. The bolt is also not removable. This is an issue when you need to wear shorts due to NMES during PT, comfort, and weather conditions. Just feels awful and could make your skin raw Returning due to oversight of design

The straps run big!

Good for recovery after meniscus repair. The locking mechanism is functional and and easy to use.
